Few options for breakfast but it was more than OK

Lovely hotel in a nice quiet area yet well connected to the city. Very clean and they offer a good continental breakfast enough for everyone. I had medication that needed a fridge and found a shared fridge for our floor which had only two rooms. That was very convenient. I would not hesitate to come again in my next visit.

Very clean, located in a very decent and quiet area yet well connected to the city center either by transportation or by walking. Very nice continental breakfast, spacious comfy rooms. Coffee, cold drinks are available to buy anytime. Shared fridge. Everything to make ones stay comfortable.

Faculties were good and clean. Simple but good breakfast.

I arrived late (10:20 pm) after a long day of meetings and had not seen the request to inform the hotel if arriving after 7 pm. Upon arriving I rang the night bell and was « greeted » with an angry screaming man who shouted at me for daring to arrive so late and didn’t I know better than to arrive late a hotel. He finally practically threw the key card at me with a huff. Not exactly the friendliest greeting that a paying customer has ever received.Quite shocking actually. And really a shame because the hotel itself was niceThe morning staff were very pleasant however.

Super friendly, accommodating staff. Great breakfast spread too. All around lovely place. Large room nice shower, comfy bed. Relaxed atmosphere. Oh and a good location for Expo and old town.

That is did not spend a lot if time there.

We were very warmly welcomed and given all the info we needed for an enjoyable tour of the town's highlights (including free transit pass - nice touch). The room had everything we needed and the area was walkable and pleasant. Very happy we stayed there!

Well sitatuted hotel with good proximity to the historic centre of Bern, three short bus stops away. The hotel room was modern, well furnished and the bathroom fixtures and ventilation were modern and in excellent condition. The included breakfast buffet was excellent, with great variety and quality. Staff were very helpful in explaining the public transportation which was very easy to use, and made helpful recommendations for dinner plans.

No complaints.

Overall fine option for one night stay. Very nice and welcoming service. Parking available for guests of the hotel.

The room is apparently too old, not only in style (this is subjective) but in condition.

Everything about this hotel was what we were looking for. Great location; walking distance to the old town but a local cute quiet neighborhood. Wonderful staff. Andreas was very helpful with the suggestion and the check in process was quite smooth. I had booked the hotel based on online reviews and later learned that the hotel was highlighted by Rick Steve in his travel book; a source that I whole heartedly trust. The breakfast also had good options.

The location is excellent—very quiet and beautiful. The front desk staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Their travel recommendations were detailed and very helpful. I was truly touched.
