Very comfortable 1 night stay.Close to the main station and the old town.We went to the Paul Klee Centre - worth the visit - and to the Gurtenbahn (funicular) - also worth the visit.There are some nice walks at the top of the funicular.Public transport is free with the Bern guest pass/app - the hotel can help you install the app.Good breakfast.

The TV was mounted very high - too high, on the wall.

Superb location minutes away from main train station, excellent access to city centre. Perfectly civilised breakfast. Comfy and functional rooms. Wonderful staff.

Could have put some meats on the breakfast buffet without you having to ask for it

Location of the hotel.. Less than 5 minutes walking to the intercity train station.Location of Bern. The city is in the midway between Zermatt and Basel. So, I used Bern as a base to explore throughout Switzerland and Alsace region of France by intercity train without any changing of the hotel.Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. within short walking distance.Room is not big but enough space to open 2 big suitcases at the same time.Room was clean and quite while I stayed. We had very good nights every nights

Breakfast was fabulous... lots of Swiss cheese, fresh fruit, nuts, variety of healthy beads including vegan. Room was very comfortable with soft feather pillow!

No hair products in bathroom.

I felt that every time I turned there was a sign to tell me how to behave properly."Don't do that, don't take this, don't take too much cream at breakfast (!)"I'm traveling for business, and I don't appreciate being treated as a small kid. Maybe I was not the right target for this hotel

The breakfast felt somwehat disappointing when compared to your peers. No issues with the quality but sauccissages and beans without scrambled eggs?

Eco friendly hotel.Liked the room amenities.Breakfast room was bright, well staffed and had a good selection of hot/cold items including vegan options.Close to train station and Old Town.Luggage storage was a bonus.
