Quirky hotel with small modern rooms. Kitchen facilities and a common area with free coffee. Roof top terrace was great.

Room was clean but small.

Cute, cosy, modern and clean hotel. Conveniently located. Rooms are quite small (I did not need any bigger), bed was comfy. I guess there is not really personnel available, I happend to run into one staff member when I arrived and I that felt welcoming.

I had some troubles getting the access key emails but it resolved when I phoned the contact number some hours before I checked in.

I loved this place. My room was adorable. Small yet everything I needed. So unique, artsy, cosy, and welcoming. They also allowed my guests to hangout in the living room whilst I had a meeting. Fantastic.

Not much. The front door access was a bit confusing, but eventually got the hang of it.

We love the common area, it was cozy, comfortable, open for everyone and gorgeous!Matias was really nice and helpful. First class.

The room was a bit small for me and my son, also the bathroom is kinda "open" so not suitable for work trip :)

Fantastic! Comfortable room with everything I needed. Bed was perfect, so comfortable. I really appreciated the fantastic common areas and access to coffee. Perfect location to explore Bern.

Rooms decoration is amazing and super clean.Loony area is very nice and comfortable with nice amenities.

I had an issue with the check in. Even though I didonline check in and my room was assigned. When I went to the room, it did not open with the digital key.After checking, my room was changed and I was not notified. Even we went to the new room, the digital key did not open as they had system issue when my room was changed. Luckily, we came at a time that the receptionist was still there so she helped in fixing the issue.

Beautiful building, decor, games room for the kids, apartment facilities and comfort. Excellent location, libero travel card!

Unfortunately the sofa bed for the children was so squeaky every time someone moved that everyone woke up multiple times a night. Oil the springs/mechanisms perhaps or a different style of sofa bed next time?

Upon check-in, the staff warmly welcomed us and assisted us efficiently, making the arrival process smooth and pleasant.

This property was fabulous. The location, the staff and the facilities were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and we really appreciated the common kitchen and lounge areas for connecting and relaxing. We would stay again.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, in a very nice old but renovated building. There is a lounge where people can gather informally, get a coffee and chat. Great atmosphere. Our room, which could accomodate 2 adults and 2 children in two double beds, was a spacious and stylish open space, warm and with a nice shower. Windows with doubled glasses protect from noise.

The online check up was trickier than expected, we had to ask help by the phone (I'm a skilled pc user btw..). We didn't receive the card for public transportation, which the day after we were told by a lady all hotels should give to guests.

Super cosy, clean and well-located. Amazing bed!

The hosts were superb. Easy check in, beautiful facilities. Free hot beverages. Great location. Could not have asked for more.

The location was great, very close to the city centre but not noisy. There was a Christmas market being set up right next to the hotel, which was very nice.
