- The location. It felt secure.
Cons -
- The reception and the hallways were clearly renovated more times than the rooms. I notice this trend with some hotels world-wide. Why would the hallway be more important than the rooms? The room was dark, dated and smelled funny. The air-conditioning was loud, so not possible to sleep with it and the room got hot in the middle of the night. Not able to open the window/balcony in fear of mosquitoes. The food in the restaurant was exceptionally bad. The pasta I ordered tasted vile and was all congealed into a yellow fluorescent looking blob.
