    Pros +

    • Next to the highway
    • Price, free parking, location, en-suite
    • Very cute and comfy room. We had a nice stay.

    Cons -

    • Price/quality is not good, rooms very small and beds uncomfortable. Bathroom easy flooded. Breakfast was maybe French? Only toast, croissant, jelly, orange juice and coffee, no cheese or ham. Check in was not great, late at night in the self check-in, paid and no key came out, had to call reception but did not speak English.
    • A bit noisy from motorway.
    • The place but it s very reasonable for the price

    Location, size, cleanliness.

Only small dislike is the duvet, bed was not warm enough so I borrowed one from the top bunk

    8LaetitiaPosted on: 11-5-2024

Hotel is located very close to the highway so perfect for a one night stop. The beds were very comfortable. Closed parking with possibility to charge an electric vehicle.

For that price, nothing to complain about

    Location & parking.

Not much like the photos!! Couple in room next door told us the shower was cold!We arrived late & had to self check in. I accidentally thought I had to select that we would be having breakfast, as we had breakfast included in the price of the room. However, when I realised my mistake that I had to pay, I was unable to cancel. Even cancelling completely, it still pre filled the same!! SO…. I ended up paying twice for breakfasts and in the morning when I explained to the receptionist, she told me there was nothing she could do & could not offer me a refund, or even perhaps 2 tokens for breakfast on another day. We will not be using Premiere Classe again!!!!

As described - functional. Staff friendly. All clean

Nothing that we like. Very disappointing!

Be aware that double room is a room 2x2 m2 with one pillow, one towel, etc... That is at least what we BOOKED and what they gave us. After asking for a DOUBLE ROOM, they gave us triple room for people with disabilities (that was a bit better than the previous).Breakfast... I don't want even to mention... we were waiting for them to warm up a few croisants, there is marmalade, butter, yogurt and coffee and tea. That's all!Nobody spoke English, they use Google translate speech to translate from French to English (so if you have problem you are in trouble). Very loud noise over the night, you can hear everyone moving around the hotel, you hear even the phone alarm from the room next door... the walls, windows, and doors are so thin, definitely 0% soundproof.Ps. It looks like a typical American hotel, as we see in horror movies... people are walking in front of the door constantly. You can hear the steps while you sleep, cs your head is next to the door.If you are tired and you need to sleep... Definitely find something else.

A hotel in an interesting location, close to many beautiful places with a parking place and the necessary facilities. More expensive than it should be. The room was quite small, with just a bed.

The shower was too small and not really comfortable.

We stayed here on our way to the ferry in Calais. Good location if you need to get to the ferry quickly. Also there are loads of restaurants around within walking distance. The hotel had everything we needed for the night. The gate for the car park was also locked for the night.

Good value. Clean, quiet at night (though stormy night may have kept people indoors).Restaurant in adjacent hotel 2 minute walk.

Very basic hotel room. Not used this chain before. Probably wouldnt stay more than I night.

Functional and no frills with parking.

    Small room and bathroom.

    4BenPosted on: 10-12-2023

Location was okay to get to the town centre

The size of room and bathroom in that they were very small, it was dated and the pillows really uncomfortable. If there are two guests, why only provide one courtesy bottle of water?

    5BarryPosted on: 10-12-2023

    Ease of location

It was cramped, very tiny toilet and shower, the door didn’t lock properly, it was quite noisy, the key card didn’t work.

    6RoryPosted on: 10-12-2023

    Staff very helpful. Very quiet.

    Small room, bathroom very small

    9DeborahPosted on: 10-11-2023

We stayed 3 nights during the rugby world cup. We've stayed at loads of Premiere Classe hotels across France and this one compared favourably. We had no major issues - the staff were friendly and helpful, there was plenty of parking and the location was really good for us, loads of restaurants and shops within very easy walking distance, including Macdonald's , Burger King, KFC and a huge supermarket and shopping centres.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, there was quite a bit of dust and fluff in the corners and I cleaned the sink on arrival and got quite a bit of grime off. However, we know what to expect and overall we were very happy with the value for money.

    Poor

Breakfast poor. Next door there is a Campanile Hotel and we found it was much better to pay for their breakfast as opposed to Premiere Classe. It is difficult to imagine a smaller room; the bathroom is minute. The top bunk bed is almost impossible to climb into.
