Heating did not work, had to been in heater, so took hours to warm up . Only France TV channels, not even BBC or CNN international.

The room was okay

Ok the website and on booking.com it was written that the hotel has a jacuzzi. So I understood that it was general access. Very misleading because in some rooms the jacuzzi is included.

The room we booked was supposed to have a refrigerator but it wasn't there and we did not get an explanation from the staff when we asked.

Had a restaurant

No blind in bathroom or door so light shine in, member of staff told an untruth to 3 couples that we could have breakfast at 8am. He said he would speak to his colleague, all 6 of us waited in the morning only to be told no message. All 6 of us left with no breakfast

Hot tub after a long drive really saved the stay. The mattress was also comfy for good night sleep. Air conditioning system saved from stuffiness of the summer night and potentially smelly old carpet in the room.

The bed itself was very shabby and scratched, the toilet gave some weird smell. Although the room was booked for a couple, somehow we only had one bathrobe and one wine glass in the room. The breakfast was not worth the money at all: there was almost no choice of food: cereals, yogurts, stale bakery and cold stale pancakes, and some canned fruit. In French standards it would be considered absolutely horrible.

I booked a family room which inc. ×1 big bed and ×2 small beds, when I arrived I was given a room with ×1 big bed & a cot.When I questioned this with staff the communication (systems) between booking.com & themselves does not match.There were no other rooms available.We had to have ×2 poor quality/comfort 'z beds'.I was also offered a part refund, this has not happened as of yet.

Town centre location with a few parking spaces. Restaurant on site. Buffet breakfast. Coffee machine in room.

More of a restaurant with rooms rather than a hotel. Outside of restaurant opening hours there is no service. Junior suite with shower was ok, but the sitting room furniture was tired. Not even possible to buy a coffee outside of opening hours. Restaurant not open until 7.30 in the evening. No drinks prior to that.

Breakfast OK, coffee a little underwhelming.

Car parking very limited, we just squeezed in, and to leave you have to back out dangerously onto a busy road.

Fairly basic accommodation but in a very popular Auberge. Amazing meal although pretty pricey

Semic encapsukates France - most things closed during the day and some such as the Tourist Office up for sale. Hardly surprising as must have been very quiet for any staff!

Breakfest.

Wifi was not working and personel did not fix it for us. Air conditioner was leaking. A lot of water on the floor. To close to street noisy at night desturbing sleep.

Good hotel, we had a spacious room with a small kitchen, everything was new and in great condition. I can also recommend the restaurant.We did not have breakfast there, but went to a nearby bakery. Always a good idea in France.

The hotel is very cosy and clean, and the restaurant looks quite nice, though we didn't try it. The hotel staff was very polite, except for one regrettable person. I would recommend the hotel, most definitely.

There was an issue with the air conditioning, making it a little loud for a good night's sleep. But what I regret is the attitude of one of the people at the reception (the owner or someone close to the owner, I would say), who was quite unpleasant during our check out. The rest of the hotel staff was very polite and helpful.

Lovely property, very welcoming. It’s a place I shall go back to when travelling to Lille or as a stop on the way to Belgium or Holland. I really want to try the restaurant, that really looks amazing

Very little parking space available in front of the property, the stairs can be quite steep as it is an old building
