Very acommodating and easy for late check in, Great place to stop for a bed on you road trip, especially when travelling with a dog
The location and room size.
There was no kettle in the room and the bunk beds were squeaky.
Very friendly staff, free parking, easy access from Highway.
The digital check-in kiosk didn’t work for me so security had to be called to let me in. The room was really hot with no air con and quite noisy with the window open. TV only had French channels.
The booking process and leaving the place for the last time.
1. Mega warm rooms, with little change to cool the room down 2. The printer for the kiosk check-in didn't work 3. Lack of toilet paper, called their night staff number 3 times without response - was called back after midnight from a person who only spoke French and offered ZERO help.
Quirky and fun decor, nice size room, good hot shower, clean with a lovely breakfast. Great location if using s a pit stop. Good restaurants and amenities within walking distance.
Price was fair
Not very comfy, bathroom had no proper soap, shampoo and no hair dryer.
Quiet, secure parking, everything works, access card works perfectly AND easily. Room heating is effective, shutter and curtain make the room properly dark. No noisy guests. Car park is packed but well ordered and my long boat trailer is no problem to fit in attached to my car (call to arrange after booking is available though I did not). Bed is clean and comfortable. No disturbance by the plumbing during the night. The best hotel of this genre (and others up market) I have stayed in and this is of many. And I could see my rig in the car park from my room without asking; he knew to do this.
Bring change for the sweets machine in the lobby, needs update for « contactless »
Clean and tidy with friendly staff
Slightly too far from Lille city centre
Not much
The beds were really short. 190cm and with two people out of our team being over 190 their legs were hanging outside the beds. The toilets were really small as well.

The staff were wonderful. Extremely attentive, helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious.Parking was free. The location was ok, right by the main road.
The room was the tiniest I have ever slept in and clad in chipboard which looked awful, as if it hadn't been decorated. Also, the room stank of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was some kind of plastic pod - the whole thing felt like a bad student room.Breakfast was a communal table and was very squashed. We paid 200 euros for the above and then heard people checking in, in front of us, for 100 euros per room - galling! Also, we could see that there were bigger rooms available which he could have upgraded us to.
The room was basic, in line with expectations for the price, and clean and served as an adequate rest stop to break up a long drive, particularly as it was easy to get to from the motorway
We were left with the distinct impression that it is used from some customers on a by the hour basis. Unfortunately our sleep was disturbed by somewhat enthusiastic performances in the next room and loud banging of doors as people would come and go
We stayed here for 2 nights to watch a game in the Rugby World Cup.The hotel is basic but warm and comfortable. The owner, Boris and the rest of the hotel staff are excellent, very friendly and very helpful.
Very welcoming staffAttractively priced
Long walk to the train station

The room was good.
I was not sent an access code. Fortunately someone else was trying to get in and I was given one by the staff
Had a very good sleep. mattress was great ! It's a great location for a short stop like a night or 2. I like the decor! Staff were nice and the croissants were very amazing
The bathroom it's like a boat cabin bathroom which is not entirely bad but it looks like old. When everything else is new. Had only one soap dispenser. It could do with more toiletries as when you travel for a day or 2 it would be good to have shampoo/ conditioner and shower gel.Breakfast- could be more continental there were no meats and nothing savoury. Only sweet stuff. Corridor coffee machine was empty Arrived late at night payed to get a coffee and there were no cups in the machine.
