It was just opp to tram station. Very good to commute around town.

I had 2 connecting rooms ( not actually connected from inside). but gave us 2 different keys so it became a bit of cumbersome to access both rooms. They should have given single key for both room.

I liked the staff's willingness to help. The staff was helpful but too short for so many guests. I had to wait to be served.

The location is terrible. Trash outside.The breakfast arrangement meant long queues, so I gave up and went elsewhere.The leaky and ineffective AC unit in the roomThe fact that I had to leave my ID card to borrow the pass to the parking garage, then I had to return it to get my ID back. Inefficient system.The dark, gloomy corridors.

No drawers for clothes (socks, undies).I did not unpack my suitcase for lack of storage

The hotel is located outside Strasbourg, but at the B tram line so it's very easy to access both the European district and the Old Town. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty and the staff very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend staying there while in Strasbourg.

So much value for the price! -- breakfast, gym, restaurant, location -- RIGHT AT THE TRAM line [just steps away] -- a small market behind and a patisserie around the corner. Kitschy & cute. Comfy too!

We had the best croissant of our trip through Germany, France, and Switzerland in the Ibis hotel in Strasbourg! The breakfast was crowded (like the town) but delicious. We took the train to the Christmas markets, and that was very easy. The staff here was welcoming, kind, and helpful. Our room was small but efficient.

As others have commented before, the breakfast is absolutely outstanding. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere (I didn't know the Ibis 'style' brand) with a central lounge/bar instead of a huge reception desk. We only had a short stay after a long drive, and it felt like a much more relaxed option than staying in downtown Strasbourg, with designated parking in a garage next door. The room was cozy and quiet, also with a water kettle that we prefer much over a coffee maker. There's also a good supermarket just behind the hotel, and the small town a bit further in from there is quite lovely for a morning stroll when at least 2 or 3 bakeries are open and maybe someone had just asked you to bring some patisserie items for your next day's stop.

The room was really nice and had a smart TV so we were able to use youtube and netflix. Bathroom was clean and modern. Staff were really nice and breakfast was good. Lots of facilities at the hotel.

Parking was 12 euros but the garage itself could have been a bit easier accessible. the placement of the toilet in our room was in a bit of an awkward position as there wasn't much leg room to sit.

1.Shower did not have a shower door.This is so basic - when you shower, the water messes the bathroom floor and toilet as the toilet is right next to the shower. Think about how you construct bathrooms.2. Staff on check out (Sun 11 aug at 12 noon). My bank , Wise, was having some IT issues on their side. The payment got rejected 3 times on their card terminal despite being used the night before and having sufficient funds, and so I asked if there was some other way to pay such as via transfer or cash. The staff member literally walks me to the ATM and stands about 10-15 meters from me whilst I try to withdraw cash. Like a potential criminal (they have my contact details as I made the booking through booking.com). I found it so bloody rude - I'm wearing a backpack at the time, so does she think I am going to make a run for it.Anyway, the Wise still had an IT issue with their atms and with processing the transfer so I asked if the hotel could issue an invoice and I could settle later given that I was out of options at this point The staff member was not able to assist and her tone, body language and way of speaking was unbelievably obnoxious.At this time, I honestly thought someone had hacked my bank account somehow (despite there showing sufficient funds in my account) so I was fairly stressed. I managed to sort the payment out by contacting a family member but I wouldn't stay here or recommend it. If you don't have to deal with staff , then yes,.it would be ok, as the breakfast was decent, but staff like her put me off as it's not a way of ensuring customer loyalty (as I travel to Straosburg fairy often).The staff member was working at 12 noon on Sun 11 aug so fairly easy for management to address the issue with her.

The location was conveniently located close to the European Parliament. The breakfast was nice and the common areas were also pretty.

Considering the high cost of the hotel, the rooms look nothing like the Booking.com pictures. The rooms were clean but are really old, the beds were on wheels and moved around. The Booking.com offer is not accurate at all. The staff at the reception was not really friendly and patient neither.
