One of the nicest 4 star hotels I¿ve stayed in. Magnificent structure and the inside is beautiful! The rooms are clean, large and comfortable! This is a really nice hotel!

Second time visiting here from the U.S. I love the lobby, its huge! The rooms were nice and spacious also. Will recommend to friends and visit next time I'm in Seville!

Shuttle service between the hotel and metro station. Swimming pool was great in the extreme heat. Staff very friendly.

Be aware that the room is divided: bedroom and bathroom upstairs and cupboard downstairs. After you e.g. shower you have to go down to dress. Then back up to blow your hair / makeup. Have to remember to take your towel up else you will shower next time and your towel is downstairs. Very weird layout. Breakfast is nothing special, thought for such a big hotel a bit more can be done. Sometimes had to wait very long at metro station for shuttle. It seems shuttle only drives when there are people at the hotel wanting to go to the metro station. Impossible to walk to metro - highway-like streets and no busses on that route.

Bathroom sink was not draining well, told the front desk - he said facilities will come to fix it, no one showed up.

Location.

I used to be at this hotel many times per year but this time I noticed that the facilities are not kept as good as before, old showers, sink bloked...basic room, not even dental kit, absence of basic things like coffee or tea and kettle.

It was comfortable, big rooms, the staff was the best part. Everyone was so helpful. The people at the bar/restaurant inside the main bldg were so attentive to our kids. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful….everyone around was always smiling and attentive. The food was so good and the breakfast was amazing

The location, hard to walk to places but uber was perfect…. And no coffee in the room :)

Smell in the room

The hotel is very large and generally well organized. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which I appreciated.

However, there were some clear downsides. The rooms are not soundproof at all. Noise from other rooms and corridors was easily heard, which made it difficult to rest properly. Unfortunately, some guests were also quite noisy late at night and early in the morning, and there did not seem to be enough control or enforcement of quiet hours.In addition, some room amenities that were listed on Booking were not actually available in the room, such as a bidet, which was disappointing.Overall, the hotel has good points like cleanliness and friendly staff, but the lack of soundproofing, noisy guests, and missing advertised amenities significantly affected the quality of the stay.

Amazing place, staff, clean!

The extra beds of the family room were very uncomfortable.

Restaurant in evening is very slow, waiter is not speaking English and a little bit drunk

It was pretty spacious and the reception was great, it was really comfy.

There was no kitchen there and they could have made the wash room slightly smaller so that they can fit the kitchen

The room was very nice and clean.

I didn't like that the housekeeping staff did not leave enough towels for us. Another issue was getting enough pillows for our room. Finally, during our stay the hotel switched off their A/C system and switched over to heat which made our room too warm. When asked about it, they offered no solutions. They didn't even have fans to offer guests.

Disaster experience

we were shocked by the extremely poor condition of the room. It was nowhere near what was presented on the pictures. The room was in an unacceptable and unhygienic state — dirty walls, stained curtains and sofa, a musty odor, and an overall neglected appearance. The bathroom was particularly bad, with visible limescale buildup, grime, and poor maintenance of the bathtub.The situation was so bad that we immediately decided to check out on the spot, even though the entire stay had been prepaid. This was not a matter of personal preference but of basic hygiene and accuracy of representation. The actual room condition made it impossible for us to remain there.We had driven nearly three hours from Marbella to spend a few days in Sevilla, but due to this shocking experience, we had no choice but to drive all the way back home the same evening — a highly distressing and disappointing situation.

Large hotel , nice clean comfortable rooms with gym facilities and free parking. Very close to large Carrefour and shuttle to metro. It is possible to drive to the city and street park for free along Calle Torneo by the river if you can find a spot , otherwise Parking garage Colon is cheaper larger garage.

Beautiful hotel, very pleasant lobby and pool area, comfortable rooms. Very good value for money.

I was given a newly renovated room which was really nice. Food was amazing in the piano bar. If I'm ever back in the area I would certainly book there again. Staff were very nice.

Renovations were ongoing during my stay which I guess was reflected in the price I paid.

Staff is friendly. Pool is perfect for me with my children.

Nothing to make coffee with in room, even a just a kettle would have been helpful. This is my 3rd or 4th time back and we have a room with stairs which I didn’t love with children. The staff at the tea were lovely but the food is very disappointing. I feel like it could be easily improved.

transfer. I waited for a hotel transfer for one hour and it didn't came. It was in its working hours (18:00 - 19:00).

Outskirts city big and nice hotel, family rooms, free parking and access for cars, nice and well equiped swimming pool. Close to the city and other attractions, 10/15 minutes drive to city center.

Bedroom furniture and deco, a bit old and with visible signs of usage. Maintenance necessary inside the rooms, they're now doing it on the outside, some noise expected during works, but really should go for the inside's as well. Amenities were out and not refill during the hole stay.
