ibis budget Grigny Centre

Our reservation was cancelled from the hotel without any notice so when we arrived there was no free room for us. Reception just told us to find another hotel there's enough around and that's when we left. Best western gladly accepted us in the end.

They need to change the pillows and the toilets sink, stink.The toilet are cleaned but it stinks from the pipes, they need to be checked.

I like the area and staff are friendly and helpful, bravo to them.

Nothing , parking area unsafe broken tiles on floor Inside entrance dirty , outside building dirty , poorly maintained. Inside building very poorly looked after . Vandalised locks , lifts. Smelly hallway. Rooms very old . Very very basic , felt very unsafe with location . Will never come back to ibis

The staffs are really helpful and they helped a lot.

Locality and the hotel parking area is dirty. The water pressure and flow is not enough in toilet

Anyways the rooms are fine if you stay for one night

Rude staff. Very sketchy people in the hotel. Kids running around the parking lot hitting cars. People peeing in parking lot bushes

The brekfast, poor on offer.. The salami was left in the heat, is lasted one daysfter another

The hallway snelled bed…

I stayed one night I was on vacation in Switzerland had a flight home from Paris the next day I took the train up from Mulhouse and I needed a cheap place to sleep for the night. it was fine for that ... check in staff spoke minimal english but were friendly enough Check in was very quick despite a language barrier and room and bed were clean and comfortable and had a window which opened to let in air there was Strong WIFI and late check out time compared to other hotels (11am-noon ) which was great for me. its an easy 2 minute walk from the RER train station.

This is a BUDGET hotel .. you get what you pay for .. the paint in the hotel is worn and damaged some of the lights in the room did not work. and the TV did not work either. but I am not going to blame that on anyone as I never told the staff about it and they very well might have switched me to a new room had i brought it to their attention but I chose not to say anything so thats on me. Keep in mind this hotel is NOT in a touristic area its a suburb thats a 30 minute train ride from downtown Paris and the neighborhood is rough and very run down one of the worst i've seen in western Europe. also most of the residents in Grigny are African french or Arabic speaking foreigners. I don't speak french and English is non-existent here even the hotel staff did not speak english well and when telling me the price had to write it down and show it to me. also I paid cash and the total ended up being 2 or 3 more euros than what i had made the reservation for. I didn't bring it up due to the language barrier and the small amount but something to be aware of

Not much, other than cheap price

Cockroaches in bathroom, moved to different room where heater fell off the wall (didn't touch it) and lights randomly flickered (while off!). Stayed in better Ibis Budget hotels before, this one is very run down.

It had a bed to sleep in.

It was in a really bad location, it was like the slums, people everywhere. Really dirty outside and homeless people everywhere. Did not feel safe and constantly going to check on our car. The hotel right next door looked like it was re purposed as a homeless shelter - it definitely looked and smelt like it. Room was dirty and the floor and walls and radiator had burn marks in them all, not a nice place to stay. We had 4x more ibis booked for the rest of our road trip and we cancelled them all and paid a little bit more for better hotels. (One was €10 more and it was amazing). Avoid this hotel.

The bed was ok

The room was hot with no ventilation. When we opened the window for air there were people screaming outside.

It was very cheap and affordable..

It was not clean enough especially the Toilet. Bedroom was ok. I would say in this price you can't expect more.

Too much bad smell was in room no AC

The female receptionist did not understand English at all and could not give any help information. The room light did not work and waited over mid night then got solved problem. Next day pick up luggage the staff did not on duty, the taxi drive had to call her.

It was just a room to sleep

We arrived to the hotel bit late then what we assumed, , but I have sent them a msg through booking to inform them I was running late and we will arrive at 21.00. But when we got there, I was told our booking was cancelled. Luckily the lady in reception found is another room

Clean Room

Location is too far fr.the center,no kettle & hair drier inside the rm.

Location is good. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was amazing.
