When we looked online we thought the price and quality looked good. The beds were nice and the room was spacious.

Something was leaking under the floor in our room so the carpet in the room was soggy. The wet carpet made the room smell bad. The information about self check in came late and when we arrived, even though there were still staff on site no one could help us to get the information we needed to get the key. We were helped by other guests eventually otherwise we would not have been able to get in the room. In our window there was a gigantic sign with a phone number for the hotel. Not the pretty view as displayed on the booking site.

No word can describe how bad it is.

I booked and payed in advance online . When we arrived we found someone else sleeping in the room. No one to talk to , no one answered the phone. In morning I asked for the refund they say yes they will but after that no answer.

The quickest and easiest check-in ever with no annoying delays. We've got everything we needed for our short family trip. Exellent staff. Thank you.

Convenient and quick location

The room was cold, the windows were open and the heating was off. The beds were frozen from the cold. We arrived at 11 pm and encountered this scene

The service was good

The bed was not comfortable.I felt the room was a lttle suffocating.

Service did not exist, beside short greeting nobody else was available for the time running.Comfort of both rooms we reserved was completely inacceptable. Room service did not exist. Furniture was inconvenient and partially destroyed.

I did not like much about my stay. Location is 15 mins walk from Reinbek station. Clean beds.

I'm an experienced traveller (I'm over 40, travelled to 30+ countries, from sleeping in a car to 5-star+ experiences).I booked this hotel because of a medical procedure in Reinbek.The day before my booking i called to confirm that there were two beds in the room. I was told on the phone that if i put 2 beds in my booking.com request (which i did) then that's what i would get (in a very rude, curt manner) I asked for the person to check and call me back to confirm...she never did. Can you guess how many beds were in the room when i arrived...one bed. Also, there is no receptionist (we arrived on a wednesday afternoon around 15:00), instead, my companion and i were greeted by a rude construction worker. We were not informed of any of the amenities nor informed about the hotel, breakfast, keys, checkout...nothing. This is also not a hotel, maybe a shared apartment, maybe a BnB, but not a hotel by western european standards. Also the name of the property is not the same name listed on the outside of the building so it was tricky for the taxi driver to identify. In the room there is no mirror (apart from a small one in the bathroom), no fan, no AC, no coffee/tea in the room, but in a shared kitchen. The Wifi is almost non-existent (room 18). My companion ended up leaving and booking a room elsewhere bc she had to work and needed internet. Bad service/communication + bad wifi = I wouldn't recommend and i wouldn't stay here again.

Easy walk into town.

The Wi-Fi was so bad I had to hotspot using my phone, no breakfast unless I paid in cash and I didn’t have any cash on me.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower

Very dirty and in disrepair. Door falling off of wardrobe and dangerous for my kids. Mold smell in room either from blanket or pillows.

Location - well as expected.Although a road in front of the building the night was very quiet.

Catastrophic state. Broken lights and toilet seat. Curtains ripped from the line, no chance to darken the room. Mold on the window isolation! Water stains on the nightstand lamp?! Basement is a construction site.Horrific experience for that price. Stay away! Rip off!

It was a place to keep our stuff and only place available.

It was dirty and not kept up very well. A smoke detector needed a battery and was beeping. Wall switches in the room were dirty, including the walls. Dust and grime hidden behind beds and along furniture and wall. Mold in shower tracks. The bathroom toilets' small flush button was broken.

Is need more to work to cleaning rooms. ( dirty,spiders,webspider ,smells)

We had the attic which was ok considering the price. Lots of space but a smelly kitchen and someone left food in the fridge. Nice bathroom.

Not very well kept but, the breakfast area looked quite sad but didn’t eat there.

Checking in early was fine. The building was very clean and the tub in the bathroom was a very welcome reprieve from several days of traveling. Budget friendly for a large group.

However. Breakfast was advertised, but not provided. We walked downstairs and were told the kitchen was off limits.A man we didn't recognize walked into our room, as we were packing up in the morning, and a second man at the counter was very rude during check out.

Very poor

Staff comunication was very bad, in this site they state that they have free parking, after coming it is said that parking is in the street with no free space for a car :) the floor in the apartments was sticky, doesn't speak english, lights doesn't work in rhe rooms, the main door to the apartment (for six people) doesn't have a lock, no place for luggagein first floor, don't recomend.

Quiet and clean

Everything good but no reception at all ?And bed was really really bad can't have normal sleep and I don't talk about having sex on this bed ?

Hi the place is clean and nice people very friendly the owner of the hotel looked after me well and I paid gladly for the room the following day which I find very generous

The payment mechanism was faulty so i paid them cash

Everything is standard equipped.

There are not enough private parking slots, but we can park at the opposite street.
