We came for the hot top on the roof terrace

When we arrived, there were lots of little flies everywhere on the ceiling in the room. We had to ask the staff several times to remove them. The first attempt to remove them was unsuccessful. For some reason, they didn't want to use a hoover. We were offered alternative rooms, but they were stuffy and we came especially for the hot top. All in all, the staff were so unfriendly and insinuated that we were letting flies into the room, that we left the next morning instead of staying another night. In addition, the manager charged me more than we should have paid when we were billed.

Exactly what we needed- a beautiful, clean hotel with really nice staff, European standard, good protein breakfast which is hard to find in this region. We had a great, relaxing time and worried about nothing. Only 20 minutes from Gallipoli but it also let’s you explore beautiful coast on the South. Thank you!

The hotel was very clean and staying in the suites, the rooms were very spacious with a great patio area . Breakfast was good and the pool area was very spacious, clean and always had sundbeds available. Staff very friendly and helpful.

On the nights we had dinner in hotel the service was a bit slow but other than that we were very happy but you do need a car as there is very little within walking distance but that did not affect our holiday at all.

This cosy hotel is an oasis of peace and calmness. The personnel is always very friendly and ready to help you when needed. The food is excellent and the room was very nice and always perfectly clean. If you need some rest and want to relax you definitely will find it here.

A great place for kids, very beautiful and large swimming pool. The staff is very attentive and made everything to make our stay pleasant. Room was very clear and modern, although not very large. The breakfast was great and in a very beautiful place, next to a small pine forest. We ate lunch at the swimming pool and ate dinner once at their restaurant. All great experiences.

Location is not obvious for first timers in Puglia. It was about 30 minutes by car to Gallipoli and any major attraction in the region. Room was decently sized only.

The property was extremely clean, I never seen such soft and white towels and same goes for the bedsheets, the hotel is extremely clean and always a pleasant clean smell as soon you walk in. It’s also very relaxing and quite I just enjoyed reading my book sitting on my balcony while crickets sings

Probably the only downside was the location, it’s close by car to everything but not on the beach

Good value for money. Pool is nice. Food at the restaurant was good but expensive.

Breakfast was really average. Whole fruits not cut, juice from concentrate, for egg options you had to ask but they were cooked instantly. Could not reach the beach without a car.

Cool design, very competent and friendly staff. For Italy the breakfast buffet was abundant.

Great breakfast and lovely hotel. The hotel didn't have much around it so we drove to along the coast Gallipoli. I'd stay here again for a quiet break

The hotel has great opportunity to improve on their services overall. For a luxury hotel, if we think about how they promote it and based on room rates, lots of improvements should be made when it comes to: --cleaning rooms should happen more thoroughly - they do not provide an option to choose wether you want your bed sheets changed or not. When it comes to changing bed sheets, we specifically asked for it on our 6th day and they shared that this was actually "the day" for doing this-- at restaurant the staff was a bit overwhelmed and could not manage all tables at once, there were delays and we had to kindly ask them to take our orders-- one night it was very windy and started raining, we were having dinner outside and only when we asked the 2nd time to get a table inside the restaurant they offered a table they arranged on the spot, on a hallway-- at check out, we had to tell them what we have eaten during one dinner because they did not have the check...even if that night we specifically asked the waiter to bring us a check to sign..they shared the printer did not work...or something--- new towels in the room or pool towels sometimes had stains on them and we had to ask to be changed-- dry cleaning was unprofessional. Our clothes came back ruined: might be from high temperature or ironing mistake--- for a 4 stars hotel, the overall experince was a bit disappointing

Superb large pool, excellent helpful and friendly staff, amazing restaurant, delicious breakfast, including typical local specialities, great lunch menu. Lovely covered area by pool for lunch and a bar for drinks, ice cream and great cocktails. Staff go over and above and are unfailingly delightful.

Wow, what an absolutely stunning hotel. A hidden gem on the south western coast of Puglia. We stayed for 5 nights and loved every second. Wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were incredible, kind, and very accommodating. Everyone was always pleasant and helpful. The outdoor pool area was a paradise, with lots of loungers and seating for lunch. Dinners in the outdoor courtyard were romantic and memorable. Rooms were very clean, with modern bathrooms and design features. This hotel is only a 4 minute walk to the beach, so we caught a beautiful sunset every night on the lovely walkways along the ocean. Can’t say enough about this amazing hotel ??????

I liked the hotel was very clean and they take good care of their equipment. The location is great and many beautiful beaches nearby. What we liked the most was the hospitality the staff gave us. Very nice people and really do their absolute best to give you the best time.

Nice room with good bed. Bathroom modern and well fitted. Restaurant excellent for breakfast and dinner. Nice pool

Pool nice, staff helpful

Average hotel, no attention to detail at all. The hotel staff were friendly and keen to help but had no local knowledge. We asked for restaurant recommendations and nobody could really give us any, said they would email us some recommendations but never received that email. They had some info on an online ‘booklet’ but all the restaurants were over 15k away. We ended up finding our own restaurants via google. We took one recommendation but the menu was just sandwiches, so pleased we didn’t go for dinner. We also ask them if they knew of a gym in the area that was closer than the one we found on google and they replied let me check google. I was like I have done that I just wanted some local knowledge?Online the hotel said you could rent bikes but they only had one, which was very old, light didn’t work and no lock. We had to rent another bike locally. The gym is tiny, 4 cardio machines (2 bikes), the belt on the running machine had a bump in it so you couldn’t use it without risk of tripping. They had a multi gym machine which basically did lat pull down and flys. That is about it as half of the machine was broken! The tennis court was very poorly maintained, they had bad balls, and pretty bad rackets. New balls cost about €10 on Amazon. Seems like a small expense to make playing tennis more attractive. Food and drinks were expensive. €4 for a can of Coke when it is 90c in the shop down the corner. Appreciate it would be more expensive at the hotel but €4 for a can?! Food is as hit and miss burger was good but the pasta was undercooked and seasonless.

it does not have it’s own beach. you need a car to drive to the beach but then again all hotel guests seemed to have a car
