Hotel Villa Tiziana

Nice location, close to the beach. Quiet area. Close to the highway ( about 6 km).

We were promised a room with a view of the garden. What we got was a ground floor room with a view of a hedge.Breakfast is buffet except for coffee. Service for coffee was more than slow, and not very friendly. I did not look forward to breakfast.The temperature of the shower was hot/cold/hot, no way to get a constant temperature. The door of the shower leaked, so the bath was inundated every morning.

Walking distance from beach. What was great was breakfast and dinner and the pool. Staff were super friendly. Garden and view from top floor was spectacular. We got upgraded, which made the overall stay good

Rooms are outdated, and WiFi cumbersome and annoying.

Coffee (from a coffee machine) was certainly not up to standard, no good capuccino. Some people were served coffee from the bar, I never found out why some of us had to get coffee at the machine, and others got served. Not a very happy solution.

Exterior very pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast could and should be improved, average quality products.Interior needs work.

Interior and rooms, while acceptable, need work. Noisy in evenings when there are functions.Occurred both nights deing.our stay.

The property is very quaint but probably needs an upgrade.

It seems the property has a long standing clientele who are very elderly.There were a lot of senior citizens who I assume have been going there for a long time.The pool has a ridiculous rule about wearing swimming caps(which they provide).

The surrounds of the property, gardens, pool, tennis, table tennis are really special and unexpected for the price

The rooms smelt a little of mould and the bathroom shower was broken

Spacious, air-conditioned room. Not too far from the beach. Private parking is very useful. Breakfast is served in the garden, which is particularly cozy.

It would have been useful to have a fridge in the room.

The entrance to the hotel is very welcoming with beautiful trees, shrubs & flowers. The interior is tastefully decorated, attractive & charming. Great services provided, food, swimming pool, bike hire, and a tennis court. The staff were exceptionally helpful at all times... a special mention for Sarah, whom we mostly dealt with.Overall a very good experience and hope to return

Location stupenda, villa storica situata in un parco a due passi dal mare, con piscina e campo da tennis. Staff gentilissimo. Camere pulite e confortevoli.

we got awful, very small room in the villa. fortunately the staff was very nice and after the first night changed us to bigger room. stopping A/C because is September is crazy.

location, greenery, peaceful, quiet

This area is expensive for no valuable reasons (sea water looks terrible, nothing to do after dinner, bathing establishments close really early despite sunset is late). Property has market prices and actually we got a really good offer.

Fabulous place with incredible atmosphere, great pool, food, staff. Will be back for sure!

The location was very nice, with breakfast under the trees and a nice villa with swimming pool and garden

Breakfast wasn't good, apart from same cakes, the rest was food fron the supermarket.

Excellent location. Very good breakfast. But Juice should be freshly squeezed . Fresh fruit was often too hard and therefore lacking flavourAs is frequently the case In Italy the breakfast coffee could have been better.Lovely pool which was well managed. Very nice tennis court and gardens. Plenty of seating.

Only hook was in bathroom. Several more were needed both in bedroom and bathroom for swim towels and swim suits or anoraks

The toilet was in the shower, I mean the brush above the toilet bowl. Interior quality in the first room acceptable, we had to move for the second day into a very small room. Originally they have us a room in a house beside the main building. This was not acceptable. Very bad quality and feeling. After complaining they were friendly and gave us another room. Pictures online and reality is not the same. Ask for pictures of every room

The garden is amazing, the location also. The staff very helpful.

The rooms were not that fancy as the rest of the place. Could use some updates. Also, a little too small.
