The location was good

The walls are so thin you hear everything, there's music until like 4am. You barely get any sleep. The breakfast was also not good

The gentleman at the front desk during the night shift was kind, although he didn’t speak english.

We booked this hotel last minute and left immediately after seeing the room. We would rather lose our $300 non-refundable reservation than stay here.It looks much nicer on pictures than in person. In person it feels and looks like a 3 star hotel. The facilities, rooms, bathrooms are in need of renovation. Not worth the money.We tried to get a refund for the cancellation, but management was unaccommodating. That is ok - they have a strict no refunds policy I guess - just keep in mind that there is zero flexibility at this hotel. All the other reviews about them squeezing every cent are true.

Location, very close to the beach club. The breakfast was very good and so was the restaurant. Rooms were very nice and clean.

I didn’t like the fact that they controlled the AC during the night and I found my room was a little small very inconvenient for the luggages.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, offered a nice view, and the staff were very pleasant. The hotel itself was also well-maintained and clean. However, we were disappointed to find the restaurant was closed during our stay, reportedly due to insufficient customers. As there were no other dining options within easy walking distance, we had to travel about 8 km to find a restaurant for dinner, which was inconvenient.

The size of rooms could be a bit bigger especially for the family with 2 kids.

The housekeeping is probably the bests I’ve seen. Natalia did magic to our room. The entire staff team is friendly. The hotel is stylish and artsy, looks great. Carla the massagist is just wow!

Feels like the hotel is understaffed and in general not suitable for so many people. Not enough beds at the pool. The breakfast is boring and same all the time. There is no menu for a extras like omelet. You have to figure that out for yourself or ask.

the furniture is disgusting and they gave me a different room than I booked. the location is considered very far from Forte de marmi because you’ll need a taxi and there are no available taxis and if you find one they’ll charge you for at least 50 euros one way! the housekeepers are very loud in the morning and the room is not soundproof as they claim! the staff were nice to be honest but everything else was bad. not worth the money and actually it should be a 3-star hotel not 4.

Reception, Restaurant is in great condition. Staff is great and polite and helpful. Menu and food at restaurant is great.

Parts of the hotel needs maintanance to gain top review. Bubble bath in basement is broken and in old condition. Toilet in our room was falling appart. small tiles are falling or have falled of in pool. So overall feels like maintenance outside reception/restaurant area needs some attention.

It’s good for a very short stay. We had a big bed and small terrace

Breakfast and staff always available and room was clean.

Need to pay for a parking and. Bike. Versus others hotels I went in that region which are free of charges.

The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean and the staff were so helpful, friendly and could all speak English which was great as I have very little Italian. The sea views were a bonus.

The use of bicycle cost an extra of 10 Euros per day and per person. And the staff doesn't forget to remind you each time....When we arrived the first night, we asked to have diner at 21.00pm and the server didn't stop looking at his watch as if it was already too late. We are on summertime, it's holiday, so I don't think 21.00pm is an unacceptable dining time.Breakfast is served in a small and sad room, instead of being installed in the dining room in front of the swimming pool. And no way to have breakfast outside as there are bees everywhere.The bathroom is very small and old style.The A/C doesn't work properly and is old style as well.No French Channel.This hotel can not be considered as a four star hotel. Only the price worth 4 stars!!!
