Hotel Suisse

Super friendly staff, simple and clean hotel. Didn't have enough time to enjoy the pool, but some wine on the balcony and view of the sea and sunset and moonset were divine. Bicycle rentals or walk to quaint Tonfano and the pier make this hotel a great location. Further enjoyed a longer bicycle ride on the lungomare to Forte dei Marmi. Coffee in the morning and on to the next adventure. I recommend will return when in the area.

Location and cleanliness was great

Complete lack of atmosphere. Felt like in a hospital. Needs a lot of personal touches to make it more cozy and inviting. Needs soft background music, more facilities on offer, more bikes ( don’t charge for them it’s so basic), better breakfast ( at least improve the coffee)

Wonderful Hotel by the beach in Marina di Pietrasanta, perfectly located to explore the area.Fantastic staff throughout the Hotel - they could have not have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble.Stayed Half board - enjoyed every Breakfast and looked forward to the evening dinner - both were delicious and great Wine The Hotel has bikes to hire which we used to visit Pietrasanta Town which is worth visiting.The Pool is spotlessly clean and a relaxing area to spend an afternoon chilling.The room exceeded our expectations and we will be booking again for next year

Location at walking distance from the beach of Pietrasanta Marina, though a bit further away from the pedestrian area with shops and cafes (12 minute walk or so). The hotel has a nice pool and our room was standard (nothing special) but convenient and had a wonderful view of the sea.

The room rate (excluding breakfast) was a bit pricey (but then again, we booked one of the last available rooms and we stayed at the end of the summer).

The staff especially Nuncio and the gentleman that was on night shift were very kind and personable. They assisted us so well with every question!

Everywhere was clean and cared for. The parking space at the rear of the property was generous and felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful.We had a pleasant room, with a view to the sea, and a generous balcony, furnished with a table and chairs. The bathroom looked as if it had just been fitted! Everything worked and was spotlessly clean. There was plenty of storage space in the huge wardrobe! There was a lift to take us up to our floor.The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items.

The signposting for the car park could have been better. The entrance is down a road just before you reach the hotel itself and with the one-way system in the streets around the hotel, if you drive past the hotel you have to go completely around the block in order to access it again. It would have been very useful to have a well-lit magnifying mirror in the room for applying make-up, etc.At night, it was possible to hear other guests in the corridors. I was glad that I had my ear-plugs with me!The only other thing is that although you can see the sea from the windows, there's quite an ugly-looking abandoned hotel to the side, which rather spoilt the view.

overall the hotel was very nice, only three things we noticed to be improved:- little stress with parking (the hotel parking place was full all the time)- for breakfast we expexted some fresh fruit/vegetable- the sunbets on the picture are not included in the hotel stay and are for fee 40€ / day :-(

Good location; very close to (free) beach; nice swimming pool (towels included); very friendly staff; free parking

A bit too expensive considering the age and also equipment of the rooms; I booked dinner in the restaurant - food was ok, but not extraordinary; would recommend one of the many restaurants nearby

Nice and clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. The location is great and we loved the bikes!

The kindness of the staff was remarkable. I was there in a business trip but I will suggest also for holidays
