Hotel Central Park

A great spot near the beach. Lovely pool and rooftop. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Rooms at the front have huge balconies with lovely furniture to sit in.

The pillows were very hard - that’s all! We early October and it felt very out of season - Pietrasanta town a few miles away was much busier. Not a criticism of the hotel at all though

The breakfast is amazing and the staff were very friendly. The facility is clean and there were many beautiful places to spend time. We had a great stay.

Sadly it was too cold for us to use the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at the fabulous Central Park Hotel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great service and attention to detail. The breakfast was exceptional with a huge variety of fresh ingredients. The hotel has a great location, near all the sites, bars and restaurants. For a small hotel it has alot to offer with a good sized pool, sun terrace and Jacuzzi, & bike hire. Would certainly recommend

Nothing but a few suggestions to make the experience even better. The classic room might benefit from a set of drawers, and the hair dryer could be replaced with one having better settings/controls. It is very difficult to exit the car park so perhaps a mirror to see oncoming vehicles/bikes

Breakfast had a great and diverse selection and the kitchen and restaurant staff was always really friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Also, the cleaning service was great.We also loved that the hotel had bikes to rent which made moving around really easy and enjoyable.

The walls were a bit deteriorated and had some stains. This gave the impression of a lack of cleanliness, even though the room itself was well-maintained and the cleaning service was great. Addressing the condition of the walls would really enhance the overall impression of the space

Second visit to a family run comfortable and welcoming hotel . Convenient for the town and for touring . Great service , great staff .

- super friendly service- the whole hotel is clean- pool and whirpool on the rooftop - great view- the breakfast was awesome. So many fruits and veggies, great sweets and fresh made scrambled egg or crepe. It was also a delight to be able to eat next to the pool.- bike rental for just 5€/ day- beach within 10min walk

Very clean hotel, great pool, amazing staff, nice breakfast, affordable, good location.

Our room was a little warm at night, seemed like the air conditioning was struggling to keep up.

This is a lovely hotel with great staff who were very knid. Everything is immaculate and the breakfasts are the best we've had. An easy 10 minute walk to the beach on the flat. Beautiful views to the sea and the mountains from the roof terrace. The pool is a great place to relax after a day sightseeing or not!

Nothing. I would like to carry this hotel around Italy, it is perfect!

Hotel and facilities are as very good. The big difference is the staff. Everyone was bright, helpful and very pleasant. They went out of their way to make our stay a pleasure.

Great hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, good parking, good and quiet location. Excellent breakfast! And above all - extremely friendly staff, thank you all for making our stay just perfect :)

The staff here were exceptional, so friendly and welcoming! The pool area is also lovely and relaxing, breakfast & lunch so lovely and refreshing with plenty of choice, and about 10 mins walk from busy beachfront.

Pleasure renewslast year we spent a week in this hotel for the first time and discovered a fantastic team it made us want to come back this year and this time we came for 15 dayswe found the same team, friendly, jovial and efficient led by Marco and Maria representing the soul of this hotel thanks to them and to the whole team the breakfast is always plentiful and delicious the rooms are beautiful and clean the very pleasant swimming pool and a view of the lush vegetation is very soothing this hotel is really a nice discovery, wee will be back next year !!!

Good sized hotel and well positioned within a 10 minute walk to the beachThe staff were exceptional and friendly and willing to help with anything.Being away from seafront meant no evening noise. Huge breakfast buffet with every choice covered.

Pillows were hard but they provided me with a great soft one on second night.Hairdryers in bathroom not great.

The hotel was spotless and comfortable, room and public areas were well equipped with high quality fixtures, we very much enjoyed our stay. All the staff were excellent, displaying an interest in providing great service. Breakfast was similarly excellent.

Nothing, keep up the good work, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast! Big parking lot in front of the hotel was very convenient because we arrived late from the ferry in Livorno.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, the pool and roof hot tub were great and so clean, location is PERFECT being 10 minutes from the main strip, breakfast was great, bike hire was a massive plus

My only negative was that my bed squeaked a lot whenever I moved and it seemed to get worse over the fwe days i stayed

Quiet and green setting, beautiful air-conditioned room with a significant separation for the living room, extremely kind staff available and professional a breakfast at the top of the common good hearty and varied

We did not appreciate the 2 too small and old generation TV screens as well as the internet speed which was too low and saturated in the evening when everyone is connected
