Location and staff and room style

The property was beautiful, very clean and modern, the rooms also had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed the decorations and the vibes of the location. You can tell they put attention to every detail making it to beautiful property.

No coffee machine In the room.No enough toilet paper.Bed is not comfortable.Very expensive ! You have to pay extra charges to access the beach !!!! No parking space was available to park the car

Excellent locations and wonderful people who worked there. Great breakfast and loved that we could rent bikes there.

Very friendly people are working there. We were with our 1 month old daughter and the front desk lady was very careful, helpful and friendly to us. Thank you for your hospitality!

There were a lot of mosquitoes coming into the room through ventilation or elsewhere on some days, not alwaysCleaning staff ignored "Do not disturb" sign on the door and were knocking anyways

Location / style and service

In the room I couldn’t control the aircon temperature and the blanket was not warm enough so I had to sleep with my jumper on. The shower handle didn’t work properly. Bathrooms outside the restaurant/ breakfast area were really dirty (poo smeared on the cubicle floor!) cobwebs with big spiders on the entrance lights …

Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of pastries, continental options, and a traditional English breakfast. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the hotel’s charming boutique atmosphere.

To be honest I don't think there was anything we did not like.

Modern design and very helping and friendly staff. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach and close to Forte dei Marmi (10 min by bike - available at the hotel).

The staff was friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was great and so was the dinner we had 2 nights there.

Room was small.

What really made me like my stay is the service! All staff were helpful and supportive and willing to make your stay the best. They tried their best to meet all our needs

The bed was not comfortable. The blanket was literally a bed sheet and a very light cover.

The hotel is a former facility for disabled people that used to belong to the Catholic church. It is a good looking 30s structure with a very nice garden and a tastefully redesigned lobby and restaurant. Not the kind of design I espect in Versilia but looks good indeed. Breakfast was also pretty good.

Rooms are small and a bit dark. The design of the room is, how to put it, questionable. I had first a double room and after a triple. Roughly same size. No wardrobe or closet to speak of(there are hangers to be used on metal structures on the wall but nothing closed). in the triple the Basin was outside of the toilet. Toiletries also were close to non-existent. Staff was a bit of hit and miss. There was one more senior employee who was absolutely great, some others little bit of hit and miss and clearly not used to deal with the clientele who pays their kind of rate.There was a problem with my reservation for which some extra price was due, and ok, I have justed paid in advance roughly 2000 euro, maybe I have no problem in paing an extra. So was a bit annoying to be treated like some poor slob who was trying to cheat them on the price. The icing on the cake was the settlemnt of the final bill. I have been asked to pay the tourist tax in cash. I said ok, and asked if it was the city hall only collecting cash. No, the employee told me they did not want to pay banking commission. On a 50 Euro tourism tax, After I jst settled a bill of 750 euro. Ok, I understand banking commissions are annoying, but really, is this a 4 star structure? plus the client being foreigner (me) has to pay commissions on the cash withdrawal.Bike rental? 15 euro per day. for very poor quality bikes "Private" beach? 50 euro per day. In line with the price of Pietrasanta but then I might as well chose another one, since their is not that special.And that is the issue I have with this hotel. It is a nice structure but definitely NOT a 4 star and definitely NOT customer friendly. Seems like the aim is to make as quick a buck as possible.Change the management and then could be a great experience. As it stands now, not recommended.

Clean hotel, nice staff and cool room.

There was often a long wait at reception so maybe the ability to get another person at reception when necessary. Also the access to the Bagno was a bit smelly and dirty behind the pizzeria.

The look of the garden outside was good And the free parking

The room was very small and dirty. Although the hotel was new, the sound insulation was lacking.The neighborhood was too noisy, and the window shutters/blinds were not working.There were a lot of mosquitoes—too many to count.

This hotel was amazing decorated and I loved it so much! Also, I would like to note the amazing work of Maximilian, who was very interested in ensuring that all guests were fed and satisfied with the result!

Very difficult to order a taxi;(

Location was top. Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio are very near. The beach is not even a 5 minute walk so it’s a plus. The hotel does offer parking (but it’s more for smaller cars as the spaces are quite tight). The room we had was good, and the cleaners always did a great job in making up the rooms. The beach setup is actually quite enjoyable. It’s not far from the hotel as well which is a plus!

The hotel is a minimalistic vibe, but the rooms are maybe a little too minimalistic in my opinion. Makes it feel unfinished which is sad because the rooms are great! Better insulated windows would be better as well. The road can be a little noisy in the evening. I wish the reception staff was a bit warmer as they are the people you see the most.

Old style building; high ceilings; cool room; very near ro the beach; very good breakfast buffet.
