Very beautiful on a quiet road close to the beach.

The beds were hard, water was warm not hot.

The property itself is nicely presented in a beautiful location 2 minutes walk from the beach. The air conditioning was great, but the staff were absolutely brilliant, very nice people that couldn’t do enough for our group. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

The upgrade room with a private balcony bigger than the room! Only wish was there longer to enjoy it. The host was very inviting on arrival and was helpful with information & problems that arose. Great breakfast as well.

The mosquitoes! Basically a problem in September I'm told throughout Italy.

Very nice oldschool vibes. Hotel is at a perfect location, walking distance to bars and restaurants, also very close to the sea. Really loved the yard with some seating area. Women at recepcion was super friendly.

Highly recommend this hotel!Beautiful garden, clean and comfortable rooms, and not to mention the fantastic offering at breakfast, which was changing from one day to another.We had to leave on our last morning earlier than 7 o’clock but the staff still managed to prepare a little takeaway bag for us for the way! Super kind and thoughtful, we highly appreciated it.We could also rent bikes and go further and around on bikes in the Viareggio area. 10/10 reccommend!!:)

The only negative we could think of was that the hotel does not have a section of the beach provided with the stay, and the rates for umbrellas and sun beds were really pricey on the beach closest to Hotel Albergo. Even though they offered a little discount if we mentioned we came from the hotel, it wasn’t too comfortable to pay 40€ each day, only to have a spot on the beach.Of course, it has little to do with how beautiful and comfortable the Hotel was, but something to keep in mind at booking, and maybe something to consider for the Hotel’s staff.

The location, near the beach and in walking distance from the center of the village, is awesome and super practical. The hotel has beautiful shared facilities and the breakfast is good. The air conditioning worked well and felt like heaven coming back to the room. The hotel lent me a sunshade which was very welcome!

The facilities in the room are outdated and the bed isn't very confortable. Indeed, like many said before, the rooms are far from soundproof. The WC is small but that isn't that big of a deal. Despite breakfast being really good and diverse overall, some pastries clearly weren't fresh, and something that bothered me was that I had to be served for most of it (not allowed to serve myself), which felt like some sort of limitation (obviously a detail and staff were super kind and helpful). Finally, unfortunately I found it expensive considering the overall quality, but probably in line with the prices in that location at that time of the year.

It’s small but really beautiful and familiar. Everyone was really helpful and lovely. The location is perfect, close to the beach but also the centre.

There is no safe in the room.

The location is very central and less than 5min walk to the beach. Additionally, the hotel has good discounts with nearby beach clubs. Staff very nice and helpful. Lovely morning breakfast. Overall, great stay and great quality for the price.

Outside in the beautiful garden we enjoyed a very nice Italian style breakfast with a wide range of cake and other sweet. But also bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, etc. Good coffee. Location nearby the beach and some restaurants, bars and shops.

Breakfast and location are great, staff is very friendly. The garden for breakfast and other garden for relaxing are very beautiful.

A little bit rundown, some small maintenance for example shower drain was broken and backed up, soap dispensers not attached, cracks and little imperfections in walls, thin walls you can hear others pretty well. But overall clean and pleasant and very comfy bed!

The location of the property is very central and close to the beach. The room was clean.

The equipment of the facility is rather poor and not very welcoming. The staff is mediocre friendly.

Seems to be a lack of trust which should not have been relayed to my children. My wife and I left the night before checkout for a hotel in Tuscany and the car broke down. The children should not have had to leave the room and should have not to be made to feel they were trying to skip the payment. Strange.

The staff was exceptional as well as the location. The rooms were small but very clean. The breakfast was not what one would expect from a beach resort in Italy. I think maybe a little less selection and more quality. Perhaps some pastry items from the local town. Maybe a fine selection of quality sliced meats and cheeses. And, a selection of fruit and quality juices.Again, I want to mention the Exceptional, Quality, Professional STAFF!!!! To be honest, I would stay again

Staff is super polite. One of the most kind people you can find. The outdoor space is lovely to enjoy a drink in the hot summer nights. There are two buildings: the villa, which is beautiful monument work of art and the annex building which is quite simple. We recommend to stay in the villa :) Breakfast area is so peaceful and authentic. If you would like to avoid big hotels that usually can offer more luxury stay and to deep dive to fully feel the local spirit this is your place. At a 5min. walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach.

We have stayed in the villa, yet in a room close to the elevator which ended up to be extremely noisy and wouldn’t allow us to sleep before midnight, sometimes later. Quite thin walls you hear it all. It happened twice that there was no yogurt at breakfast. However, the most annoying thing was the bed spring mattress which is very uncomfortable.

Quiet, comfortable rooms and in a good position !

From the minute we arrived the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The gardens are lovely to sit in and the breakfast was outstanding
