Hotel Palagi

This is a perfectly located lovely little boutique hotel that was well priced, and our room overlooking the inner courtyard was very quiet. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, and there was an elevator, which is very unusual in Italy.

Breakfast was outstanding; loads of choices among excellent baked goods and other choices. Staff was also outstanding, always attentive, friendly, and helpful. Loved the terrace, though it was too cold to breakfast there.

Nothing--we liked everything about it.

A warm welcome is a good start. A nice room with a cosy bed is even better. The raindrops shower was hugh compared to other places. The selection on the breakfast buffet was great. And it’s just a few meters away from the cathedral.

Beautiful and romantic hotel. Rooms are old stylish, but very clean, bathroom is lately renovated and new. Price versus hotel quality is great. Service is personal and great. Breakfast was amazing, especially if you love home made cakes. Variety of cakes is amazing. Hotel is directly in the city center surrounded by great shops and restaurants.

The were absolutely kind and dedicated to our dog. They bring him cushion and pot for water and food

Breakfast was great, lots of variety and lots of cakes. The location is great, close to the train station and center of town. The bathroom looked renovated and was roomy, and a nice shower.

The room itself is pretty small, but OK for 2 nights stay.

The location was fantastic. The train station is located right behind the hotel and the central piazza, Piazza Duomo, is literally across the street.

Nice looking room but the shutters were shut and the room was dark. The bathroom looks beautiful but the sink splashed all over when using and the shower head was located in an awkward position that water spilled out to the floor.

That it is centrally located. Right in the heart of the city close to the train station which makes it easy access to getting around and enjoying other cities plus the one that you’re staying in.

The staff there was very accommodating.It was a wonderful and comfortable stay.I would go back to that hotel again.My only one concern was the Room 38. Getting up all those stairs to there? You just have to be younger lol ? other than that, everything was wonderful.

Nothing I did not like I cannot say anything negative about the staff or the hotel?

Perfect location, very nice staff, amazing cakes for breakfast (chocolate cake with pear is amazing) and free parking (not to take for granted during summer)

Strategic location, close to the centre (walking distance). Polite staff and varied breakfast with gluten free options and lactose free alternatives.

Great staff, breakfast and location

The location and most importantly Lisa and her team are kind, happy and hospitable. We had an amazing time and would definitely return if life allows. I am gluten free and there was a good range for breakfast. We arrived by train from Pisa Airport which was easy and literally a 5 minute walk to the hotel.We took a bus to the beach in Fiumetto, which was spectacular. Many thanks to all including Catia, Maurozio, Alexandra, lLithoana and more - apologies if I have spelt names wrong!

Everything. Superb suite on the top floor with private terrace. Air conditioned and very spacious in a perfect location
