- We sadly couldn’t stay at hotel Gemma del mare as they had some unexpected work being carried out they very kindly moved our booking to a near by hotel who added breakfast to our stay. Unfortunately the other hotel was not very nice and very very dated inside however the staff were exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was nice

We loved the staff. Always trying to make things perfect for us. Jasmin was a lovely one (Thank you. we wish you a awesome journey!!). The dinner menu were a very good option for a family with children.

- The staff were hospitable and very helpful and flexible in meeting my requests.- Check in / out operations were flawless.- Location is pretty convenient, you can reach both Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta by bike in 10 min or so.
- The room is extremelly basic. - The materials and design are of a low standard.- It has been many years since the room and the bathroom were last refurbished.- The is no electric outles beside the bed and the only one available outlet was not working properly. I had to charge the phone in the bathroom.- The aircon is a noisy old model not working that well (you can't select the temperature; it is either ON or OFF).- The shower jet sprays in all directions except downwards.- No bottle of water is available in the minibar
The atmosphere and the whole location were just amazing... At the glance I didn't figure out how beautiful the garden was. And then the next day in the morning I realized how great the location is.
