The staff and location were excellent.The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the water front.

Unfortunately, the AC was not working

The location of this hotel is perfect, only a few meters from the center. We have booked three bed room and it was huuuuge. All in all, we were more than happy and pleased with everything inside. Staff is friendly, comfort is on an amazing level.

My specific room was great. They were two twin beds placed together and the overall space is very spacious. The bathroom had a tub and all the necessities for a bathroom. There will be house keeping every day which is really nice. The location was decent, not to far from the Groningen station and not too far from the city. The front desk and house keeping team were extremely friendly people.

A few things that I did not like. There is no fridge and kitchenette. So if you plan to stay in Groningen longer than a business trip, I would not recommend this place. For parking, specifically for a bike, you would need to constant ring the front desk. This could be annoying especially on how long and late you stay in the city.

Large room, beautiful view on the canal, very good breakfast.

Noisy like hell! Old windows, no soundproof at all, could hear snoring people in other rooms, heavy partying on the canal until 2am.

Location next to the water and very close to the centre as well as not far from the train station.

The rooms are really nice. You wouldn't know from the exterior. Very convenient for exploring the city.

It was disappointing that breakfast was only available from 8am, as we had to leave at 8 to catch a train.

Excellent location, mid-way between the train station and Grote Markt. It's close enough to all the activity, yet in a quite neighbourhood so you're not bothered with all the late night revelry (plenty of that!) Extremely clean rooms, standard facilities and outstanding views of Groningen (room on the 7th floor). The helpful staff are available 24*7 and are very courteous. Bicycles are available at the hotel, so that's a plus.

All very basic, but OK.It was hard to get out of the shower, not enough room. (even for slim people)

Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, friendly staffs, near to restaurants, cafes and city center. Quiet neighbourhood and nice scroll along the canal.

The room was very spacious. We booked a triple room with three separate beds, but when we arrived at the room we noticed that we got a room with a double bed with an additional sofa bed. After mentioning this to the hotel reception we got an additional room, at no extra cost, which solved the problem.

Everything was fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, nicely located and the interior design was nice. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. The bathrooms were fine, but in all other rooms there was a lot of dust under the beds and on lamps and shelves. Since there was a construction site in front of the house, this might have been the reason, but we wanted to share this general feedback.

Location is perfect and also a very nice view from the room.

Some parts of the hotel are under renovation and the gym is not available, but this is not indicated in the booking.

The staff was super friendly and helpful - really exceptional! There's 24/7 front desk staff, and each and every one of them was professional and nice. The hotel is located right next to the city center. To us, it was the best of two worlds: it was far enough to not be disturbed by the nightlife, but close enough to be ìn the center with a 3 minute walk or so. Also, we were a few minutes walk away from the theater, which had brought us to the city initially.

There was some mold in the shower. The staff helped out with that, though. The door to the hallway was zero soundproofed.

We have stayed here several times.The location is good - a short walk from the train station and the Grote Markt.The staff are always friendly and efficient.The rooms are spacious with huge windows.We had a Deluxe room this time - the mini fridge was handy
