Dirty towels, room was freezing, mold in the shower, one light was missing the glass, where the hell are the plugs near the bed?

The Location was nice. And the room was clean.

The staff at the reception was not very helpful. Also, the breakfast is not worth the price.

Very central location and nice building, some of the people at the reception were very nice. Room quiet at night and bedclothes were clean.

The first day very loud noised from the room above started at 8. When asked at reception I was informed construction works were going on, and we should have known. When I mentioned no one told me when checking in he fetched a little piece of paper standing on the far far side of the counter behind smth and mentioned it was written there. It was written "apologies for the noises we are doing construction works" not " we are sorry there will be loud banging on top of your head from 8 am". No apologies were given or offers for complementary service were made. The room looked forlom, there were holes from cigarettes on the foot-warmer on the bed and on one curtain. One of the curtain was half broken and was dangling, I mentioned it to the reception hoping it would get fixed but I had to do it myself. The shower door had mold patches and the button to flush the toilet was not working properly. There were also cigarettes butts on the roof right below the window. At the end of the stay when I mentioned all these things to someone at the reception (different person from the first day) she was nice and offered breakfast but at that point I didn't have time. It would have been nice to receive the same treatment on the first day after mentioning the loud noises.

I found a small piece of broken glass in the middle of my room when I first arrived. The staff didn’t seem surprised and wondered what I thought they could do. A thorough vacuuming would be appropriate I said, mainly for safety concerns. The pillows smelled bad, like old soup or something - they should be really cleaned or disposed of. There’s no AC or fan; room was too warm.

I had a new refurbished room. the bed were very comfortable, big windows, a lot of space to put all my clothing and work equipment. There is a small desk and coffee machine in the bedroom, and a kettle.the staff is really helpful and helped me with wifi which was not working and other little things all along my stay.

The hairdryer has to be requested at the reception desk, it is not in the bedrooms. I could not manage to put on the heater despite putting in on to 30 degrees the bedroom stayed at 19 degrees all the time. I was super cold and told the reception a few times but I think the heater was just not working. Luckily, I could sleep with 3 blankets and was fine. The bathroom is super small, but still okay.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. Friendly staff. Modern and clean rooms. Small, but sufficient bathroom. Good value for money for a very central hotel.

It was a very nice stay. One gluten-free option during breakfast would be nice (e.g., bread, cereals, or alike).

Clean. Very central. Has everything ( restaurant, great bar for a beer and a tapas plate). Very friendly staff. Iets getting remodeled so we got an upgrade to a standard room. Great breakfast!

- Some sounds from the airco fluent during the night. (Even when its of). - Matras was too soft for me. But that is personal.

The floor in the shower in our room was a bit slippery so we had to be careful when showering. Also the bed mattresses were a bit uncomfortable,

The room was clean. Location was close to the center.

Internet was gone most of our visit. The heating was problematic and it was cold even though it was set up correctly.

perfect location, right in the middle of town. Rooms are clean, bathroom clean and theres a small lift for bags. nice restaurant attached to the hotel also

I felt the brekfast was pretty basic. not enough hot choice.

Old dirty carpet, old curtains. Very dusty. Very small room for a queen-size bed.

My bed was not ok, i layed curved in a pit. Drain in the bathroom was clogged. No ventilation in the bathroom.Hot water stopped while showering

I had a tiny but really convenient room with all comfort you need. Now the hotel really has character and atmosphere and well situated down town. So I consider this a gem and would return any day.

All was good. No complaints.

They said they have parking. It was full. Despite we needed to pay for city parking, we got much more for same price in many different hotels in Netherlands.

The hotel is ideally situated on the main street, and handy for most things, including being only a short walk to the station.

The room was very small, and dated, but that was to be expected for the reasonable price.
