Hotel is located in an industrial area. Public areas in need of refurbishment. Poorly managed breakfast sitting - food items not replenished, omelette trolley not offered, waiting staff unavailable. Fitness room out of action, large trash bin propping open doors on stairs. Several menu items on dinner menu not available because reception staff ‘unable to cook them.’ Not enough staff on first night resulting in long delays when ordering at the bar.

The room was fairly spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and efficient.

Our room was not properly cleaned—there were shards of broken glass on the floor, and the bin liners were incorrectly placed over the dustbin.

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great with ample choice. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. I could have done with an extra pillow and an extra blanket.

No extra pillows and blankets in the room.

I had to ask 3 times (at the desk, by email and over the phone) to get the invoice.

The friendly staff

The hotel had guests entering until around 02:00AM with doors slamming and you can hear the cars driving by.

The room and the bed were big ,clean and comfortable. We got also a free "welcome" drink - thanks.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast, free parking outside.

The fire alarm started at 4am without any reason :(

I’m booked hotel at 03:00 tonight, and it’s not possible to booking from yesterday, that’s why reservation works only from 14:00 same day. But I arrive at 05:00, and personal give e shance to get my room from 10:00 without any additional payment.

Wasn't an issue but as such decentralised location (city edge/industrial/comercial area). But thats the concept for these kind of hotels and if by car all good.

Couldn't figure out how to switch on the air-conditioning

The Location was relatively close to the centre.The rooms were spotless,staff were very helpful and friendly,food good and beds super comfortable.

I wasted my money in the hotel…

I booked the hotel for a client that never showed up, never knew the hotel was non refundable, I tried to cancel the booking or pay 50% of the amount, but the hotel management was so inconsiderate and refused to understand…

The hotel was ok, the reception workers were very nice and friendly, the location is not so far from the city center , but you need I believe to have a car.

Beds were a bit too soft for us, and towel hangers placed 2 meters high.. surelly only expecting tall Dutch people as guest.. :D

Staff

The fact that the whole ground floor corridor where we stayed stunk of weed! The worst part is that I had my 2yr old daughter with us. Some of the smell we drift into our room. UNACCEPTABLE!

It's a nice place, everything was very clean

No possibility to eat in Restaurant when we reached. Restaurant was closed , no coffee.And the welcome drink which was mentioned in the email was also not given
