The staff were great, and let us check-in early. The breakfast was lovely, the shower was nice and hot and the location was ideal for the train station

Staying on Hotelboot Sarah in Amsterdam was an unforgettable experience! It was such a unique and fun way to enjoy the city, with beautiful canal views and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The boat itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay.A special shoutout to Xander, who truly made the experience even better! His hospitality, friendliness, and helpfulness were beyond amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.If you’re looking for a different and memorable way to stay in Amsterdam, I highly recommend a hotel boat. 10/10 – would absolutely do it again!

It’s tight quarters, so you can hear others fairly clearly. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Thin walls

Staying on Hotel Boat Sarah was an amazing experience! The two hosts were fantastic—so friendly and accommodating. They were always available to assist us, and we truly appreciated their hospitality throughout our stay. Every morning, they set out a delicious breakfast that we really enjoyed, and we loved having access to the coffee machine anytime we wanted.One of the highlights was spending time with them on the boat on the 31st. They made us feel so welcome, and it was a great way to connect with them and other guests. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home.If you're looking for a unique and cozy stay in Amsterdam, Hotel Boat Sarah is highly recommended. We had an unforgettable time!

Very kind, calm and helpful hosts!

Very well situated, only 15 mins from Dam Square. The boat is simple, but comfortable and very clean. Our hosts, Romek and Kristoffer were most hospitable and did everything to make this a super stay. Their ability to chat to all the guests in their own languages was impressive! The breakfast, included in the price, was amazing in its variety and quality. Highly recommend!

The location is great. It is within walking distance to restaurants. The host was accommodating, making sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

There were flying insects in the room when we entered which was a bit annoying?The bathroom was a bit dated and I feel there should have been separate shampoo and body wash rather than just oneGuests were a bit noisy - not the hotelboat's fault but maybe a sign to say please don't be noisy at 1.30 am?

Appreciate its on a barge and we stayed in July during the hottest days of the year, rooms were very hot, could do with a fan or portable AC unit,

The location (next to the city center), the included breakfast and the experience of staying on a boat.

The toilet trash from previous guests weren't collected. Also, we found more trash in the sleeping area.

The location is great, close to everything. Our host was very friendly. We had the chance to leave our luggage before check-in time and when we arrived our luggage was already in our room.
