The bathroom and the room got flooded when showering, also the cobbled together bed was something to get used to, or not.

The automated check in. Myself and bar staff of hotel took 20 min to access.I nearly had to go elsewhere. If the brasserie staff were not there I would not have been able to access the accommodation I had already paid for

The location is nice and I guess the price is attractive if you fill up the room (which was not my case as I had to rent a 4-person room for 144€ for 1 night because that is the cheapest I found). The person there at checkout was very friendly.

The mattress was very soft, not of good quality. The room was very dusty, it looks like they never vacuum cleaned the corners behind the bed and also below the bed. The power plug installation was ridiculous, with a multiplug inside a multiplug, that should not even be allowed it's a hazard. And worst of all: since you have to open your bedroom door with your phone, and the bathroom is shared (for my room, which was fine), you have to take your phone with you every time you go to the bathroom, including for the shower... But they have not thought of any place where you can put your phone while you shower. Guys, seriously, you had one job! Like a simple tablet would have sufficed, but it's obvious everything was made to save every penny and not improve the guest experience. Never again.

+very affordable+great location-digital lock system is bad, couldn’t get into the hotel at night because of the error code -bathroom needs repairs. there’s mold on the walls and a weird smell from the shower curtain -bathroom doors don’t close completely-very dark room-there’s some persistent background noise at night (probably from the ventilation)

Every room is different and it was nice that it wasn't typical boring hotel room. Although in our room it was very difficult to close the toilet door properly. There were complimentary coffee, tea, shampoo and soaps in the room, which was a nice plus!There was some construction work going on in the building. Workmen started to drill 7:30 which was very annoying.We also had a probelm with electronic key, propably there was some momentary jam in the system. Host came to help us with it and after that probelm was fixed :)

We fill comfortable. Warm room. Nobody knocked the door round the night. The location was very close to the center of our business. Thanks for hospitality.

Wi-Fi was sometimes insufficient, but the same was in other places these days. Maybe e-infection?

Trendy interior in a really cool building. Good location, close to shops and walkable to the city centre. The only downside really was the bed wasn't so comfy - it was a fold down bed as opposed to a 'normal' bed which made it feel less comfortable.

Disappointing

1.The window blinds should be replace & a proper long curtain to be installed properly so to block lights from outside,so guest can sleep better. I have to use my scaf to block the lights from the opposite building.2.Being a short person, it helps if I can use the mirror in the bathroom. There are so much of wall space to install a long mirror by the wall or toilet door. Hotel should be prepared that guests comes in all shapes & sizes. Above all it is ok but owner should pay attention to details of practicalities.

I had a nice stay, the location is quite good and the room was clean. Nice big windows and check in was available at any time of the day:)

There were some works being outside and there was constant shouting.

I booked a room with private bathroom and a desk. The bathroom was basically in-built into the wardrobe with hardly any space between this wardrobe and the bed. There was no desk, and it was virtually impossible to work.

Very unique and artsy property. Clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming.

A miscommunication about checkout time-I needed to leave at 7am and was told that I would be able to do that no problem. Unfortunately no one was there at 7am and I missed my train waiting until 8am for the cafe to open and a staff person available for me to check out.

The room was rather big and there was a kettle in the room with some tea bags and coffee.

The room smelled really bad of old smoking and old furniture, the shower war very mouldy with an old yellow (from time) curtain and the whole bathroom smelled strongly of bleach. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep, it was a folding bed, was small for 2 people and made a noise every time we moved. The soundproofing was non-existent and we could not open windows because they led to the porch and people were looking inside of our room and could enter our room as it was on the same level. Other guests were smoking weed in the yard and the smell was persistent for hours many times a day and because of the windows were very old in the room the smell went inside of the room even when the windows were completely closed. The lighting was bad in the room too. The staff member at the check-out told me that we did not pay for the room, even if we did. Overall it was worse than a hostel. We wish we never booked this place. For the price we paid this was a very disappointing stay.

we liked how close it was to the centre, it was only 15 minute walk to De Grote Markt. There was a shared fridge, which was great t oput your stuff in. There was a cute common area and a cosy garden.

It was not the most spacious room, the placement of the watercooker was a bit unfortunate, there was no space to hang your clothes, you could only fold them.

The LABnul50 was a perfect place for a one-night stand in Groningen. The design is unique and interesting. The ceiling is very high. The rooms were small though, but it's not a big deal
