The staff is exceptional! Tom the F&B manager went above and beyond to make my extended stay a great experience. Nice modern design in the hotel. Steps away from the bus stop.

Staff are awesomely friendly and make for a pleasant experience. Drinks are quite expensive!

Tv with chromecast or appleTV to stream Netflix or such would be great in the suite :)

The hotel layout is confusing: it consists of two buildings with four entrances, and the reception is hard to find (it is not located on the ground floor) due to poor signage.The on-site restaurant is fully booked every day, making it impossible to dine there, which is inconvenient.Staff are not very accommodating; even simple requests feel like a problem.

Fromt desk staff, hotel looks great from the outside.

I could not find my room and got lost and had to get the front desk guy to help, my room was on a fllor beneath the front desk and with a horrible view of a parking lot, my room was on a street corner and felt very unsafe.They claim they were unable to change my room.This is not a proper hotel room in my opinion and i felt very exposed.Room felt very claustrophobic.

Great room (they upgraded us), online check in and out, safe garage, great meals and wonderful service and staff.

Breakfast buffet was a bit messy and all over the place.

The hotel is located inside a building designed by a famous architect. It really is comfy, with a nice large terrace going around it and an excellent restaurant. A few details make the difference in feeling cared for, like nice notes in the room, a postcard delivery system, a coffee machine for an early coffee. The bed is super comfy, and for the first time I found a bathtub long enough so that I could fit straight (I'm rather tall). Ah, and the room was a corner room, with a single huge window covering the two sides. Coupled with the beautiful weather we were blessed with, it was a top experience.

The location is the only obvious minus. It's a 25-min walk to the station, which means a 40-min wall from the central historical squares, but it's well connected by public transportation. The neighborhood seemed pretty quiet. There was a small misunderstanding with the staff for a drink in the terrace, but nothing major.

The modern design, cleanliness, and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. The hotel is well-located with good transport links to the city center.The check-in process was quick, the room was well-prepared, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

Would have appreciated slightly softer pillows, but that’s personal preference.A more diverse breakfast selection would have been a nice touch.

Clean environment and nice place.

I got intoxicated by the dinner and I vomited and I was sick for 18 hours for that.I've been asked to pay the room while I was not even able to stand.I asked to get the money back for the dinner and for the extra day I had to stay in the room, and they told me just the dinner would have been refunded even if I was not agree with that.After 2 weeks still no one has responded to my email and even the dinner has not been refunded.

The complicate way of check in and to get to the room. The dinner was nicely presented but the taste was disgusting and not worth the price at all! The breakfast experience was a nightmare!!!!

Very well equipped, modern hotel and equally good rooms. Nice and efficient staff. All facilities of very good quality and excellent breakfast. Also good meal service in the restaurant.

Bedrooms need better maintenance and it was not clean clean.

The room was comfortable.

The bathroom gets wet with the shower and there is no daily cleaning service (unless you book it, I suppose).Also, the tea bags were not replenished.

I was upgraded to a cozy and spacious room. The hotel is nicely designed, with informal and friendly atmosphere.
