Hotel Miss Blanche

Good location, but that¿s not special in Groningen.

No air conditioning, room was too hot to stay in during the day.

We were upgraded to the Penthouse which has an amazing view! The hotel location is nice , at the center of the city.Its so clean !

I think the breakfast is weak, it could have more options.the bed was too soft and unsupportive. I felt like I was sinking into it, and it offered no support for my back or spine. This resulted in a very uncomfortable night’s sleep and back pain the next morning

We stayed on the ground floor in a 60 m² apartment that felt like a house – fully equipped kitchen, perfect for a big family. The location is central, daily cleaning was great, and the staff solved issues very well (late check-in, invoices adapted to our needs). The apartment “3-1” was really excellent.

Parking is underground but located at a distance. Breakfast is very basic and doesn’t change – mainly cheese, bread, eggs, muesli/granola, some bakery, juice, water and coffee. No decaf provided in the room.

Great design, unique concept , friendly staff

An amazing space with beautiful decorations and all the amenities you need and more. The location is perfect as it is centrally-located and close to restaurants, stores, and the main station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and even gave a map with walking directions to all the lovely attractions in the city. Overall, an excellent experience and would definitely come here again.

Reception closed at 21:00. Breakfast was served only from 7:30 onwards. As a business traveller, this didn't work for me.

Very nice hotel in the city center. Although having no view at all, the window gets to an white wall, for one night is ok, I could survive))

Disappointed about the breakfast, almost nothing to eat, no warm meal (like scrambled eggs, beans, vegetables), from fresh vegetables only cucumber...very poor breakfast.

Stylish, spacious, spotless accommodation and very friendly, helpful service. The remodeling of the location I stayed had been finished just 2 months prior, so everything was still new, which was lovely and felt luxurious. Breakfast is served -with coffees made to order, including ones with plant based 'milk' for vegans who still like their 'latte' macchiatos- in the lovely café belonging to the property. Freshly baked (off) bread with a lovely crust and fresh fruit and a further variety of options made for an enjoyable breakfast.

I heard some banging of doors and stomping of feet on stairs when other guests returned at night; the stairwell was quite echo-y

The property is direct in the city. The parking lot also just a few minutes from the hotel.

I wish the breakfast could have more varieties

It's very well located, near the center and the train station. Service is great and breakfast was tasty.

When we arrived the staff were very helpful and surprised us with an upgrade. The small suite was brand new, and the bed was really comfortable.

Air conditioning didn't really work very well.We were surprised to see earplugs provided but quickly realised why. The noise from the street was terrible, and went on until at least 4am each nght.

The location of the hotel is excellent, you are exactly at the center of the city center, luckily we’ve been upgraded and the room is amazing with a very small but nice channel view

Everything was perfect apart from the temperature of the apartment was a little too warm and there was no fan or air-conditioning. Other than that it was a fantastic place to stay and I would do so again.

Cleaners didn’t respect the do not disturb sign and serviced the room anyway (was here for 2 nights)

We interacted with 3 separate employees on different occasions and they were all extremely friendly and were always happy to assist. We received a free room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise! The location is amazing as it is close to the Grote Markt and is a 10 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast was in the next door restaurant and the coffee was great. Such a great stay and would not hesitate to book our stay there again!
