    Pros +

    • access to HEC Paris
    • I stayed at this hotel for five nights while attending an executive course at HEC. Overall, the experience had both conveniences and drawbacks.•The hotel is directly attached to the HEC Building X, which is used for short courses—extremely convenient for attending the program.•The room is equipped with basic furniture that is functional and fit for purpose.•The area is very quiet and located outside the busy parts of Paris.•A large supermarket is situated right in front of the hotel, making it easy to pick up essentials.
    • Beautiful hotel and very close to the university where we were heading. The staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and kind with a smile on their face .

    Cons -

    • bathroom size, facilities, cleaness
    • •The hotel is outdated and clearly in need of refurbishment.•Breakfast offers very limited variety and is exactly the same every day.•The room’s temperature control does not function properly.•Staff entering the room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed, which was disappointing.
    • The hygiene in the rooms should be better as housekeeping .

The location to the HEC campus is perfect, There is one indian staff member, I think, at the front desk who was helpful and understanding of the concern and situation, and tried his best to support.

The AC was not functioning well, despite having raised the concern to the staff a couple of times; however, no solution was provided. The room was dusty and not properly cleaned.

    3samuelPosted on: 6-23-2025

The facility was clean and well-maintained overall.

The staff at the front desk was extremely rude.He literally threw the room card on the counter when I was checking in, kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask questions, and overall seemed very unhappy to be doing his job.He had short hair and a short beard.

Breakfast - very good, personal - positive and helpful, clean good bathrooms.

The carpet on the floor in the rooms is very dirty, old and stained. there were midges in the rooms. Internal restaurant was closed on Sunday as somebody rented it for wedding and nobody told us that we will have no chance to have dinner and there is only 1 pizzeria close to it as an option.

Breakfast - very good, personal - positive and helpful, clean good bathrooms.

On the 2nd floor the walls were just painted so the whole floor was under painting works with strong smell and our room was on this floor. The carpet on the floor in the rooms is very dirty, old and stained. there were midges in the rooms. Internal restaurant was closed on Sunday as somebody rented it for wedding and nobody told us that we will have no chance to have dinner and there is only 1 pizzeria close to it as an option.

Location to versailles and train station

Place is weathered and looks run down from outside. Air conditioner didn't work, opened window to let cold air in and could hear other people aircon machines making noise.

    - nice and modern lobby - friendly staff

    - rooms are a bit outdated- a few rooms had issues with the windows not closing properly- gym is quite small

    location, convenient for visiting HEC.

Suite was good, except the bed, mattress were very uncomfortable so I did not like my choice at all.

    6alwaleedPosted on: 11-11-2024

Location near HEC Campus but 20 minutes walking inside or outside HEC to HEC cheatue - also there is supermarket and pizza restaurant across the road

    - Pillows uncomfortable - restaurant open in limited days and hours - location close to HEC but far from activities

    1JoannePosted on: 9-22-2024

    Location was good

Air conditioning had been switched off in the hotel and it was a very warm day so the room was far too warm and was very uncomfortable. Told the staff member at reception but not interested. Also after a long drive to get to the hotel it was disappointing that the restaurant wS not serving food and the bar menu had only 3 options which was not suitable. We were told by the reception staff to drive into Versaille if we wanted a meal. After being on the road all day this was not suitable. If a hotel offers air conditioning and a restaurant these should be available

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good breakfast.

No restaurant on Friday or Saturdays. Just pizza or planchette de fromage/chacuterie, at the bar..We had a very nice meal there on the Monday however.

    7BogdanPosted on: 9-9-2024

Overall OK. Breakfast decent, however things could be improved.

Really bad pillows. The dust could have been cleaned a bit more.

    9RachelPosted on: 8-31-2024

It is next door to HEC, where we are sending our child to school. We can take public transport to go to Paris for sight seeing and shopping, which is great. Breakfast at the property is great!

Dinner at the property is expensive and does not offer many choices, that is too bad for travelers arriving late and unable to eat outside.

Amazing , super clean and staff really nice. A shop , and restaurant cross the road. The bed was so comfortable , and the room was really big.

    9AnnePosted on: 8-26-2024

Easy access, comfortable rooms with view over forest and HEC campus

Arriving by car, you don’t know where you should park. A sign outside would help a lot.

    7SoraiaPosted on: 6-8-2024

The breakfast is very complete!! Also we had a problem with one of the waiters at the bar and the hotel apologize for him right away and they even offer us drinks at the bar to compensate us. It was very kind of them!

The only situation was the problem with the waiter at the bar, but it was promptly resolved by the management.
