Avoid at All Costs – Worst Hotel Experience EverIf I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience at MyHotel was beyond unacceptable—it was alarming, unsafe, and completely misrepresented.Let’s start with the parking lot: poorly lit, shady individuals loitering nearby, and absolutely no sense of security. When we arrived around 11:30 PM, the entire hotel felt abandoned—every single door was wide open, like something straight out of a horror film.Things only got worse at the reception desk, where we found our room key card laying in the open, with my full name and room number clearly visible. Zero security. Zero professionalism. I’ve stayed in hotels across the globe, and this is by far the most irresponsible and careless operation I’ve encountered.Needless to say, we refused to stay in such an unsafe environment and left after midnight to find a different hotel. Despite this, MyHotel claimed we stayed and were serviced—saying their “cleaning staff” came by daily. We NEVER checked in, so either they’re lying, or they have no idea what goes on in their own building.Their response? Silence. Days with no reply. And when they finally did get back to us, the tone was rude, dismissive, and full of false information. No apology, no acknowledgment of the risks or negligence.Their homepage and photos paint a completely false picture. Nothing matches reality. Read the Google reviews—you’ll see we’re far from the only ones who had a terrible time.Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. It’s not just bad—it’s unsafe, dishonest, and operated by people who clearly don’t care about their guests.

Location

The rooms are dimly lit and look jaded. The wi-fi is unstable.The room is really small.

Value for money, good location, modern facilities, clean.

Garbage was not collected from the room and no additional toilet paper had been added over the course of 7 days. The reception is not open early in the morning, neither after 20.00 in the evening, plus they aren't answering any messages.

Laura ( the young Woman) was great. Very attentive.

Cleaning in general. Outside appearance suffered. Needs some elbow grease.

Modern and stylish business hotel, very easy to reach from highway. Friendly reception and safe free parking with many restaurants in nearby towns.

When we arrived, there was no one at the front door, we tried to call, no one picked up the phone, we eventually had to book another hotel, and our money has still not been refunnded!!!!

Terrible communication and room service. Despite booking a month in advance and sending multiple messages, we received no response from the hotel at all. Even on the day of check-in, all our calls and messages went unanswered (during working hours), leaving us to arrive at midnight with no idea if we’d be able to do a late check in. Although key cards were left on reception desk, the lack of communication was unacceptable.The room had only one bath towel but two floor towels for two people and unopened shower gel. Room service directly opened our door without warning at 10 am, an hour before checkout. Overall, a frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

I like how expensive it looks like yet its cheap and clean and pretty.

The location of the hotel is bad. When we try to get back to the hotel late at night we need to take taxi from olching or otherwise we will have to walk 44 minutes.

As we stayed here as a part of our "road trip vacation" I was missing fridge the room.

Easy parking, modern facility.

It was very hot (even with the window open) and our room had ants in it.

Given a dirty room and asked to find another hotel!

Room was not made and dirty when I arrived. So much for automated check-in and fuss free. Ended up as a nightmare to find my room dirty and was told to find another hotel due to "system error'. And that was 10pm at night!If you checked google review, this has happened many times. Won't take a risk unless you have time to deal with this. Saw a few other folks with similar or other probs.The staff did respond over whatsapp at night and I got a refund. Still lowest score for allowing this to happen.

it has free of charge parking, you can manage everything online i mean room door opening, hotel entry door opening. During 3 days I didn't meet nobody of hotel staff

The shower doesn't have the shower head, no staff to talk as we arrived at 20.00, absolutely crazy that you spend around 160-170 euro per night and you can't even have a normal shower!

I got given the key of the room late afternoon and was shocked to find the room a real mess, it was not cleaned. I went down and complained to the receptionist who had no idea since she had just taken up the shift. She apologized and had to check all other rooms as well. Waited 45 min downstairs until room got cleaned

We like the location near the motorway. It has parking and the breakfast was good in a dining area that is well designed. We booked this hotel as it offers our of hours check-in.

The pillows are too soft with no firmer ones available. We arrived just before midnight and couldn't find any check-in facilities outside the locked front door as in similar type of hotels. The email confirmation didn't come with clear instructions. We got inside as there were people coming out, and only after a long time did we find our room key in an envelope on the reception desk. And I mean desk as the envelope wasn't on the high counter. We literally had to peer over the counter and that was when we noticed the envelope with my name on it. No staff around to ask any questions, not even through intercom, either inside or outside of the building

The room, the bed, and the shower room were new facilities and very clean.Especially I liked the quality of the towels. There was also a nice desk for work.

The shower water temperature was very low. The central heating system also didn't allow me to change the room temperature as well. And I hit my foot with the corner of the bed several times, I suppose the layout was not well considered... And The lighting of the room was too dark.. Could be good for a vacation room, but not for a business trip.
