Holiday Inn Express Munich Olching By IHG

Great breakfast and staff.

Could not change the thermostat. The room was hot.

Very clean room. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff!

Nice breakfast!

The staff was very nice, they helped us check earlier than checking time. The food was good, everything was clear. The lobby was very good and we could use it to chill.

The location is not very good. The last bus that you could take from any of the metro stations was 10.00pm, so we needed to make sure not to miss the last public bus.

Very nice breakfast.

Difficult to control the room temperature. Room was very small but clean.

Bed was very comfortable. They provided big bottles of shower gel and shampoo. McDonalds and petrol station just next to the hotel. Decent breakfast with all basic things like cold cuts, boiled eggs, pancakes. Inside the room everything was clean.

No parking. I asked to pay for parking but they said it was full. They gave us instructions to park a bit further where some trailers park as well. Although we parked there for one night, it was a bit scary.Although the hotel was in general clean inside, on top of the door outside of my room there was a big nest with a spider. There were also nests outside of the windows. No slippers or shower cup.

Good breakfast with all the basics.Clean rooms.McDonalds and petrol station just next to the hotel.

No parking.A bit far from Munich center.Spider nests here and there, not inside the room, that was very clean.

Staff and cleaned

only the breakfast was not good, no diversification in the food.

Very comfortable, large and well appointed rooms. Friendly staff, good breakfast and otherwise very comfortable.

Great hotel in a convenient location for us, great service, clean rooms and friendly staff. We will stay there every time!

Easy, clean, polite

Parking

The access to the hotel (by car) is great for people passing by: very close to the highway and in front of a fuel station. The rooms, beds and breakfast were great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no (decent) restaurant close by: one has to take the car to have a good meal... The only things around is a café and a Mc Donald's.

breakfast was varied and very nice. Property was immaculatly clean and the staff could not have been nicer.

it was very difficult to sleep in the room because the thermostats are set and I was way too hot, even with the windows open. Even thought the fan registered as off it was difficult not being able to make the room cool enough to sleep.

Amazing place, nice breakfast, cozy room, and soooo comfortable bed

We love the location and the facilities

The cost of parking is a bit steep (10€ a night, adds up fast)

We chose the hotel because of the location near the main road as we were only traveling by. The location is good in that sense. The room was perfectly fine - it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It is nice to have an option to take away breakfast and coffee if you are in a rush.

Be aware that you need to pay extra for the parking (10 €/night), which is a little too much in my opinion. When we try to leave the parking space, we need to go inside of the hotel and ask the reception to open it, which is really time consuming. At the arrival we received the room only for one person, despite the fact that the reservation was made for 2 persons. Instead of giving us additional blankets and towels, we needed to move to another room (we already used the bathroom). The person at the reception did not give us all the information needed, therefore we needed to ask by ourselves. The second we left the reception, he had earplugs in his ears. Very rude and unhelpful.

Close to the highway, comfortable rooms, parking, and good breakfast. There are MacDonalds and a petrol station near the hotel. Overall, it is a good hotel for its price.

Hot water in the shower is not really hot

It's location close to the motorway is very convenient for us to go from Munich to Luxembourg. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast.

Parking is a bit expensive. I think hotel guests should be offered a discount.

Clean, spacious, great breakfast

Not much of a selection

The rooms weren’t cleaned daily so if you wanted fresh lining or tea/ coffee you had to ask.
