The room was clean and neat, and everything except for the water heater was just fine. After mentioning that the water heater was not satisfactory, it was replaced with a new one directly. The breakfast was fantastic! All staff were polite and friendl

The owner needs to spend some money to make upgrades, especially where there are leaks during heavy rainy season. There was a leak in the center of the living room after heavy two nights of rain.

Breafast was good, the location and the view made it fantasic. There could be some more options for warm food and fresh salads, but overall very good.

The rooms have stone tile flooring, so it tends to get quite cold and the air conditioning is difficult to operate.

Not very walkable but there is a convenient restaurant on site. Beds were hard, pillows were too soft (personal preference).

Wonderful location and available parking literally across the street from the beach and the Tagus River in Paço de Arcos! The staff was completely wonderful! Kind, courteous, and utmost professional… This coming from someone who worked in hotels for many years.

The owner of the property who I met after breakfast one day, definitely needs to infuse some money into this place to bring it more up-to-date, but keep the same charm! I am sure the employees would enjoy a raise, and they would definitely deserve it! They are the element of the property that keeps this place running! Without this staff, it would not function so well.

Close to the ocean, nice service.

Friendly and helpful staff. 10 min walk along the coast to train station. Next to a great little village.

Staff was wonderful, especially in the dining room and front reception. Breakfast was good, rooms very spacious.

The only slight negative might be that the furnishings were a bit older. All though this is true they are very clean and maintained very well.

Friendly staff. Great location! It’s a small, slightly dated, boutique, ocean front hotel, but quite comfortable. Not fancy but just enough to have a wonderful time.

Pool felt a bit old and small. I think they need to buy more lounge chairs and pool towels for guests. Also, our patio was under construction. And needed updated furniture there too

There are not option of coffee machine in the room ( we were in the suit one). Works be good to have bottle of water in the room.

The most beautiful hotel right on the coast-the view was stunning, staff really kind and helpful and close to several beaches! We absolute would stay here again!

Dinner was not special at all, but the service was wonderful and I absolutely adore your bartender!

This was by far the best place I’ve stayed in the two weeks. I’ve been in Portugal this year probably the best place I’ve stayed in Europe and a very long time. I stayed an extra day and did not wanna leave. I think maybe my favorite part was breakfast and I don’t even eat breakfast normally!!!

They had a parking and it’s within walking distance to take the train and to Lisbon. It’s a beautiful property with a fantastic breakfast provided.

Location, nice staff, comfortable room, good sleep. common areas are comfortable and without strict rules so we could swim late and meet friends.Housekeepers are wonderful.Dining room is attractive.Walked to town in under 10 minutes

They ran out of pool towels

The hotel is perfect! Across from the ocean.. beautiful pool.. breakfast was delicious.. close to Sintra.. Lisboa.. and we enjoyed a beautiful wedding locally!

The bed was a little hard

Location was excellent, free parking was excellent, layout was excellent and spacious. The beds were adequate but twins made up as twins are NOT a queen or king configuration.

Beds and ac didn’t function when outside temp was low and traffic noise made open doors problematic.
