The front desk staff help me to get 2 spacious van to take 12 people to the airport

Complimentary breakfast was good, and cleanliness.

Staff was rude and racist. Did not want to give me any of the rooms. And when they did, they asked for information and passport of everyone staying in the rooms including the babies.

Cleanliness, and breakfast buffet were good for the price of the hotel.

The hotel staff sometimes is rude. The lobby and breakfast area chairs and sofas need an upholstery or cleaning its fabric.

It was reasonably clean

Very small bed (54" not queen)for two people, no safe, no mini fridge, awful neck breaking pillows. They have EV charging station which you have to pay 5 euros to get to, then you have to pay whatever fare they would charge but nobody at reception knew

Free parking and breakfast. Price was very good and generally the important things like cleanliness was ok.

It was a bit run down. You can see lots of worn out items in this hotel that need attention and damage to items in the room that are unrepaired. As an example, my shower wand was leaking badly and the holder was damaged.

This hotel has a wonderful breakfast. It's very busy every morning, but they do a fantastic job of keeping things stocked. The staff were super! There is a grocery store next door which is also very convenient.

Room was very good, spacious, clean. Staffs were very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

The location was ok but not the best.

The guest receptionist and the staff are so helpful, polite and gave me the things I needed

I forgot my US converter for the EU plug. Staff from the reception, gave me one to use while I was there, and able to use my laptop. Thank you and highly recommend this hotel

Just a bit far from downtown if you don¿t rent a vehicle, otherwise, it was excellent.

Location is good with car Beds are comfortable Staff is very pleasant

The hotel is far from the City Center, the room is cold when the hotel is not busy they not likely to put the heat on. Unknown People knock at your door. If you don¿t have a car it¿s a problem because nothing is working distance unlike Lisbon.

Simple, clean, efficient, good location outside highway A5, easy to go to Lisbon by car.

this hotel was in the middle of nowhere Wecould not get food for dinner and had to get a cab to take us to get food you should let people know that you need a car to stay there It is far fromanything It was the worst hotel of our trip
