The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and many good choices of pastries and fruits.

Great breakfast and easily accessible by bus.

Shower base was cracked which caused water leak. Found black mold in the shower corners. Although staff was able to change our room, the experience didn't align with holiday inn's promise of cleanliness.

sheets had stains. hard to find the parking lot thru a maze of look alike hallways. leaving parking to airport I had to leave car at gate in parking lot & run up to front desk to get out of locked gate...a phone to front desk in parking could help!

The helpful staff.

Staff was multi-lingual and very nice. Room was very clean, however the couch has seen much better days as it was well worn. The bathroom was also very clean, but hardly any water pressure in the shower. The breakfast options were great.

The garage was designed by someone who heard about how garages function, then proceeded to build one without actually going to see how they work in real life.

Location was the item I liked the most, the place is quiet!

The breakfast could be better, the schedule should be changed to end at 11:00am, some important items are missing, like pancakes!

Room needed some maintenance. Lots of small things to fix.

Booked the wrong hotel but in the end it was a great location, close Decathlon and IKEA!

Air conditioning too cold compared to the temperature outside.The difference was just too highThe pillows should be more comfortable

I only stayed for one night but it was in a good position. The bus stop was right outside the front door. The staff were polite and professional and the room was just what I needed. Good bed, good shower pressure and air conditioned. The breakfast the next morning was larger than I expected and it was nice to try the local pastries.

Friendly staff / Selected hotel as it was the closest to the business area I needed to travel to.

Room had damaged carpet on the floor near the bath entrance - room 122 / Limited breakfast options / the windows do not properly soundproof the outside noise - so make sure to avoid rooms towards the street where cars pass by.

Good location for us, as we had to go for some work nearby the next morning (maybe not preferable for normal tourists of Lisbon) ... Very good breakfast.Nice amenities in the room: Kettle, tea bags, coffee..

Great location for my purpose of visiting Algés. Staff enormously helpful and professional, solving problems easily. Very nice breakfast, much better than I expected. Although there is some traffic we can hardly hear it from the rooms due to great sound insulation.

TV quite slow and had "block interference" that plagues so many digital channels. Beds mattress is a bit too hard.

I wanted this location, and the check in and check our are very practical. Reception always open and staff really nice.

The TV is outdated and needs upgrading.The sofa is worn out and could be unsafe.The carpet, though a nice color, is old and needs replacing.The reception staff are polite but could be more welcoming.
