    Pros +

    • Good equipment in a room and a kitchen stuff. Good ocean and city view
    • A good place for families with opportunities to cook, wash and enjoy views from the balcony. In resort store where you can buy a bag or suitcase, if shopping was extensive and you need more space.
    • After being moved to the newly remodeled portion of the hotel, everything was nice.

    Cons -

    • A little bit old. Cleaning is too annoying, taking towels without replacement. The garden restaurant is not good, don't reserve even one visit.
    • When we checked in, a double size bed as requested when booking for my husband and I, was not available. They only had a room with two separate twin beds. After expressing that the arrangement wouldn’t work, we were put in a room on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the balcony sliding glass door wouldn’t lock, which isn’t safe. We went to the front desk to ask for help, we were told someone would come to fix the door, and no one showed. After 45 minutes of waiting, we went back to the front desk to ask for assistance. This time we were moved to the newly remodeled side of the hotel (although it was a pain to pack up our things again and relocate to a new room. The new room was beautiful, although the beds seem cheap and not that comfortable. We’ve been coming to this hotel for a couple years and it finally looks updated ??.
    • Room furniture requires renovation. For two bedrooms room dish washer will be a good idea.

Nice indoor and outdoor pools and views!

The rooms are spacious, there are plenty of parking areas, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s a bit far from the city center, but it’s ideal for those renting a car and planning to explore areas outside Lisbon.

Location, view from the room and balcony, pools, room size, washing machine (with dryer).

Room furniture requires renovation. For two bedrooms room dish washer will be a good idea.

Big apartments, nice pool, nice restaurant, friendly staff, very quiet neighbourhood.

Not much..it is a little far from downtown Lisbon, but that is a good trade off for a more relaxed quiet vibe.

Spacious rooms . Close to my conference but a bit far from town

    Wish the pool was heated

    9PatricePosted on: 7-7-2025

Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was quite comfortable. Pool was refreshing.

Restaurants very expensive. No grocery stores nearby. Water aerobics in pool at peak times and lasted too long.

great pool; spacious room, attentive staff

We had a studio apartment which was very spacious and I liked that the bathroom and wardrobes were separated from the main living/bedroom. We had a large balcony with a great view of the pool and sea. The hotel was bright and clean. We loved the design of the elevator. Great pool. Friendly staff, especially the lady at breakfast. The food was delicious and portions generous.

We would have liked more options on the evening half board menu. The uphill walk from the supermarket was a challenge during the extreme heatwave that we had.

The staff is always very pleasant and the rooms are vary spacious.

Everything is so outdated. The tile is chipped in different places and everything is old looking.

    9SarahPosted on: 4-28-2025

    Size location and friendly staff

Thought we might be upgraded to a river view. Given it was our second 5 + day visit g

Very good apartment hotel with excellent facilities. It is on the edge of the city of Lisbon, so if you’re expecting to walk into the city and see all the sights, it’s not the best place. But if you want a quieter location with a larger room and a hotel with larger surrounding grounds and a pool area, that is within a short taxi ride of the centre, then it is perfect. Plus it is dog friendly. And if you have a car with you it is well located for trips to Sintra and Cascais. The rooms are very well equipped with a kitchen with all the essentials. And there is an excellent restaurant (although the prices are at the higher end for Portugal, but not ridiculous for the quality of the food). The gym is very, very good with a great selection of cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, kettle bells and some other equipment I’ve never seen in hotel gyms before. An uber into the city should be less than €10. I took an uber to Sporting’s stadium and it was less than €10 and took around 15 minutes. Uber’s always turned up within 5 minutes. We didn’t use the underground carpark as there were always spaces available at the front of the hotel, which was perfect.

The additional cost of €25 a night for a dog is very expensive. We’ve never paid anything like that before in either the UK, Spain, France or in Portugal. It’s a shame it is this much as if we stayed here again, we would consider staying longer but this overhead puts us off. Also, the room had a washing machine, which we didn’t need to use, but there did not seem to be anything to dry washed clothes upon.

View was beautiful. Hotel nice and clean. Breakfast had lots of options however need more tables and chairs at breakfast area. Staff was unpleased as we were three people taking a table with 4 chair. Unfortunately that is the only table we could have.

This is a lovely hotel where the rooms have kitchen facilities including fridge, freezer, washing machine and cooker/hob. The rooms are large and comfortable with a huge balcony. We arrived by bicycle and they stored our bikes security in a locked room for the night we stayed at no extra cost. There's a restaurant, bar, large pool and lots of other facilities available including bike hire. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Food quality in the restaurant could have been better and breakfast was quite expensive at 17 euros. The rooms were clean and tidy but the furniture and fittings are in need of a refurbishment.
