Excellent view, very convenient location near shopping and amazing food!

Love your Hotel, and the location. Nettuno is a very quaint commune on the sea. Really enjoyed the American Memorial and Cemetery.

everything was great. location, service and breakfast was all well beyond expectations.

Place is clean and not to expensive, close to station and beach, several restaurants near, but not at hotel

The location, very close to our favorite Pausa bar and near the beach. Nice views from the 4th floor room. Nice gym.

Check-in was supposed to be at 2pm. They let me have my room at 4pm because they let the previous guest: La Polizia extend. That to me is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Also, they kept suggesting (2 different people from reception) I change my room and even offered a room that was smaller and cheaper than what I had already paid for. I have been toNettuno many times and I always choose the room I want. SoFor them toKeep suggesting I change the room I want is also unethical. They also didn’t offer anything to compensate for the wait, I had to ask for water. But water and coffee don’t make upFor more than 2 hours of my time. I got there at 1:30pm. Offering another room while waiting does not make up for the fact that they let other guests extend even though they knew I had a booking. I don’t care if previous guests were police: they should respect hotel rules as well. Funny how I teach the head of Italian police in Rome and I’m sure he would not approve of breaking rules like that. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Never suggest changing rooms , not all guests are easily manipulated. Ciao!

I have stayed here several times over the past 8 years. The location is perfect and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Very good breakfat.The location was very good.Very good staff, very polite and on their toes in the breakfast restaurant.The cleaning was good. And our daughter got her own rtoom in the family room that we had booked so she was very pleased.

The shower handle was a bit loose and the last 2 days they forgot to refill the soap in the bathroom. BVut there still was shower gel that we could use so no worries.

It checked ALL the boxes! Location to beach, transportation, restaurants, sites, cleanliness, breakfast exceptional even for me with allergies. Staff was phenomenal! Friendly, clean and we’d love to go back. We were so happy, our cousins joined us for a one night stay from Rome. Great place! Definitely would recommend it to everyone!

Location was great, staff was great, breakfast was also amazing, would definitely highly recommend and stay again if I get the change to visit Nettuno again.

The only downfall was that the rooms didn't have full size mirrors for dressing.

This is maybe a 3 star hotel on a good day

The showers were tiny and made of cheap plastic, they are basically attached to the toilet which made it difficult to use the toilet. The shower head kept falling.The hotel gave us two twin beds even though we specifically requested a king bed, then proceeded to blame booking.comThe rooms were very bland and dated- absolutely no art on the walls (I mean 0) although given the rest of the taste this was probably a good thing The wall electricity socket fell out on first useThe housekeeper got passive aggressive when I asked if she could come back at 12.45pm because she “got off at 1pm” also her child was with her and seemed to be helping her, which was kind of strangeOverall the least equipped / nice looking “4 star” I’ve ever stayed at

Rooms on slightly small side albeit super king size bed .. missing treat / coffee making facilities in room and a small side table on balcony ..

My stay was all too short alas!

Well positioned in Nettuno handy for Rome by train 4 minute walk, sea views were excellent and bedding/towels changed daily, excellent relax area in lounge and a really tasty breakfast with very courteous respectful staff. Children and dogs welcome. Restaurants on the old part again 4 minute walk.Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

No evening meals available at this hotel.No tea/ coffee facilities in room but did have a mini bar in the room..

Good location

The hotel has 4 stars but is only for the location, is a very old hotel, rooms are small and old , bathrooms not really clean.

Well located on the sea front, very clean & the staff are friendly & helpful. Thank goodness they have finally moved the breakfast back up to the fifth floor!

There is no car parking & even dropping off outside the hotel is difficult because of the busy road & lack of waiting spaces. Despite the upgraded controls the air conditioning remains basic, with some rooms failing to have any effective system at all. One also has to request the air conditioning is turned on at Reception, but this isn’t clear on check in. For rooms with balconies, guests also have to request a table and chairs (despite the fact that those rooms are described as having such items included). Whilst generally comfortable, the rooms are tired & some of the bathrooms have leaking showers. The hot water can also be a bit iffy.

My second time staying here, it's a beautiful, elegant hotel. Right in town near the water. The breakfast is delicious and more than enough. I will be back definitely.
