Everything was absolutely wonderful. The people were kind and helpful, the facility was spotless, the bed comfortable, the breakfast buffet was excellent… We could not have asked for anything more.

The apartment is located in a quite and beautiful village. Very clean amd spacious apartment. All the amenities are very modern. Parking right in front of the apartment. There is also a garden at back. Overall a very good stay.

Only thing missing was a clock.

Great location near Monschau and High Fens and Eifel National Parks.

Beautiful new rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff who spoke good English. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was too cold, the rest of the rooms had a good temperature. It would be good to receive check-in instructions also in English. No free coffee or tea included in the price. It would have been a nice addition. Also some soap at the sink in bathroom.

The room is clean and spacious and you can tell it was renovated not too long ago. The breakfast buffet is simple but pretty complete. Plenty of space to park.

Would be nice to have a tiny fridge.

All very good. Excellent, quiet location, ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms, very good beds, delicious breakfast. A very good restaurant just a few steps away.

The hotel is closely located (+/- 10 min) near Monschau, a very touristic center, but the neighbourhood of the hotel itself is quiet. We slept at the roadside, but thanks to the thick 3 layer glass we didn't hear anything! There is a big parking lot next to the hotel.The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, had all necessary towels.The breakfast was copious and varied and more than enough for the two of us.The personel was very, very friendly and helpful! We cannot stress the importance of that enough and they exceeded our expectations.We were given the Schnabuleum restaurant in Monschau by the hotel owner as a tip. This restaurant was a real treat. Every dish we got was like a painting. We really can recommand this place as well!

Nice big rooms and in a perfect location special if you like (in our case) in the winter walking and bicycling in the forest. The air is very clean.

Dogs in the restaurant. That is clear no go for me. It is unhygienic. There are not so many restaurant in the environment. Like Thai, Indian, etc.

The staff was very nice and hospitable. My partner and I felt very welcome. We loved that the room was clean and neat. Not too much decoration but still modern. It was great for relaxing.

New and nicely decorated. Spacious, clean, quiet. Everything we needed. Great breakfast in a lovely dining space. Nice leisure room for the evening with drinks available with a trust based system.

Although we booked a hotel room there is no room cleaning, bed making etc. once the towels were wet you couldn’t dry quickly as the radiator did not come on although we did ask.

* We had a small holes in our door because part of the lock was missing. * Fridge was missing from our room. * Some food (and juice) at breakfast didn't seem the most fresh.

Room was large and comfortable

No tea/coffee facilities in room. Restaurant and bar closed. Messages not sent in English (despite a polite request) re-check in and as no staff present on arrival we had to depend on other guests to show us.

Very empty hotel when we arrived (self check in), but surprisingly nice accommodations with an honor bar, common rooms, and nice room. Good breakfast and manager was very nice.

Really nice new and quiet room, good breakfast, great location if you are on a cycling tour.

The room was really cold (no heating on and you can't put it on yourself) but we told about that in the morning and got it on so next night was ok.
