I liked the place , calm , available parking and even the train station like 5 min walk from the hotel

The pool was cool , just the sauna was not working and same thing for the jacuzzi, the water was cold .

I paid over €600 for an air conditioned room, due to the heat wave 27 June-2 Jul. the room had no A/C, which is mis-advertisement and made my time there insufferable and extremely disappointing!! I should ve refunded at least half of what I paid! I gad no other choice but to stay there due to no availability elsewhere on the day of check in. I should have been made aware, that the room was so substandard before I got there. I would have cancelled my reservation!!!!

Property needs refurbished especially the bathrooms. Rooms were dirty. My sons allergies were awful and I read that pets are allowed and he has a severe cat and dog allergy

Spacious Room, Comfortable Bed and nice interiors. Happy to revisit anytime in the future.

Everything worked fine, would stay here again. Not a big deal but having Netflix on the TV or some sort of Chrome Cast feature would have made it a perfect one. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Staff were accommodating when I needed assistance. The elevators were working.

There was some confusion regarding my booking and I received a phone call part way through my stay telling me I needed to be out of my room and it was past check out time. This was sorted out but a little stressful at the time. I asked for a print out of my charges to be emailed me but I never received that information.

Location is very good. Breakfast also.

I reserved online for certain amount of money. Property also wanted to charge the credit card in advance. Still, some tax at at the arrival. It is small amount of money but still unacceptable. I don't care if it is tax or not, you must tell the total cost of room in advance.

Horrible rooms, rude manager and dont expect your deposit back

They charge you cleaning fee and will not refund the security deposit. The heater was not working, the bathrooms were dirty, kitchen facility is very basic. Overall felt like we got ripped off.

Just location for our needs

Room had broken tiles, bathroom not cleaned, daily cleaning mot fully done, anything not working was told that cant be done as its late in the day etc etc… basically excuses for most things

It was a nicely appointed room , although some parts like the bathroom show its age . It’s more than OK. location worked great for us given our Paris 2024 schedule.

Rigid about Check in time, we could not check in an hour earlier We booked a room for 4 adults , but all amenities were for two , tea bags etc. they were never replenished Even if you need , they don’t sell water . Intital bottles were not replenished

The ability to cook simple meals, access to a pool, WiFi, convenient to main trains into Paris.

Air conditioning did not work well, had to keep asking reception for missing towels, crockery, no soap, to move room because the first room air conditioner didn’t work at all. Toilet bowl was stained, the sofa bed was half broken so wasn’t flat but angled downwards at the feet end. The shutters did not work so couldn’t block out the light.

Air conditioning didn’t work. We reported and were told it was working (twice). Then three staff admitted it wasn’t working and they had problems across the hotel. Then they could t get it fixed and managers weren’t available. We finished a full week’s stay without it.

We had booked for 3 people, but room was only prepared for 1 person - no linen and towels for the other 2 guests.Room was small and crammed, cannot be 28 m2 as indicated. Bathroom was not up to standard. The door had holes and the joints were missing between the tiles on the floor.

Given broken room, heater and hair dryer not functioning even after informing at reception and writing nothing was done to fix it for 2 days. No room cleaning and no shampoo or moisture

Clean and near to Massy Palaiseau station for RER And Buses.Welcoming attitude for hotel staff specially JEANNE and Edith.

No coffe machine in the room, in 2024 and still not putting coffe machine in a 4 stars hotel.The swimming pool was cold.

The spa area was perfect for us, nothing grand but peaceful enough to relax and enjoy.

A self-catering hotel with minimal facilities for cooking, don't expect too much from the kitchen.

Close to the station, the staff was helpful and polite. I upgraded to the bigger room so was comfortable. The kitchenette had pots, pans and a small fridge and dishwasher.

the kitchenette needs further attention. The dishwasher was average. Small things like is no chopping facilities, no strainer etc. we had to go buy them, but other than that its brilliant
