ibis budget Bordeaux Lormont

Friendly staff and clean room!

Far an away from city center, but it is reachable by public transportation, about a 50 minute ride with changes!

Very helpful staff! The rooms are small but comfortable given the price. A good shower and secure parking. Location is excellent for the motorway. We took the tram into the city - the stop is less than a ten minute walk.

Clean, good air con, good shower. Staff very friendly and helpful

Nothing was perfect for overnight stop

Free parking,

Gate pin for parking area was wrong, we get the pin from another guest (at 1 am). We also had another pin which we never used (not even for the room). Building was like a labyrinth.

Great location just off the ring road.It was easy to book in and the guy on the desk was friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean ,quiet and comfy. The breakfast is basic but enough to get you on your way.

Great economic hotel, comfortable beds, adequate breakfast, gated parking, friendly staff. Rooms are a little small but it was otherwise great

Dog friendly

In middle of industrial estateNo food except burger can No bar No bars or restaurants nearby Will not return

Clean comfortable room, good breakfast included in the price. Easy access to main road, good for an overnight stop.

The roads around the hotel are busy and difficult to navigate if looking for somewhere to eat/bye petrol etc

Driving through Bordeaux on a trip, the position drew me to the hotel. Very happy I booked, staff were very professional and helpful and the room was comfortable.

Clean, breakfast, parking

Its ok for one night stay, the extra bed beside the double bed,

Very tight, cant imagine longer stay

Friendly staff, comfy bed, clean room, good breakfast.

Small room for 4 People. Very clean, friendly Staff.

higiene

Bed is deformed, you feel that structure is deformed and make your sleep not great. I heard pipping water running all night. No car charging available.

Excellent site with a great location.Excellent relation quality/ price.

Cleanning could be better and we did not find the lift, when we arrived... maybe we were too sleepy when we arrived.

it was fine. was able to check in electronically after hours.

be careful with the shower. the water spilled straight out and completely drenched the floor.

Clean bathroom

Smell inside room was not to good. Next regular budget hotel, nothing special

The room was private, the place was quiet and when asked for more towels, we got as many as we wanted. The second bed was good enough, not a cot, a proper bed. The parking was good.

The triple room is very, very limited in space once you pull out the extra bed. The location was appropriate for us because we were visiting friends nearby but if you want to visit Bordeaux, keep in mind you’ll need the car for everything.

When I wasn’t there

When we arrived, the beds had been slept in by somebody else, we didn’t care. It was only until loads of insects and bugs crawled out of the flooring and onto the walls! The staff member on the desk was very rude and dismissive, and the next guy the following morning was unpleasant, sassy and downright rude. No pleases, no thank you’s, I’ve never come across a person so miserable upon French soil (and I spend half my life in France)

Douhce

Disappointing stay. Instruction on vending machines not clear, pizza delivery guy knocked violently on window of room mostl likely to deliver something that was ordered by someone in another room, no side tables close to the bed, too small towels, only one coffee machine in the breakfast room, that was even some time out of order. This is almost a 'money back' situuation, but I leave that up the Booking.com and IBIS management.
