I liked that there was secure parking. They closed the gate at 10pm. Close to alot resturants and grocery store

It was alittle confusing to find the entrance but thats not there fault because its right off of a major intersection with a round about.

Easy to get to. Closed parking. Clean. Friendly staff.

Brilliant staff, good location with parking. Buffalo grill next door for evening meal and drinks.

Limited breakfast, no eggs and limited fruit available. I could have gone to McDonald's next door instead.No fridge in room. Poor lighting in bathroom.

Easy to get to location not far from the ‘ park and tram ride’ in to Bordeaux. Located in out of town shopping complex with supermarket and fast food restaurants, but set away from these with a secure parking area and not disturbed by these other venues. Welcoming check in and out by friendly staff. Fresh breakfast with good choice included. Would recommend for peaceful overnight stay.

Lovely and clean. The beds were so comfortable and breakfast very good. Staff very friendly.The hotel was very close to restaurants and easily accessible.

Good location just off the autoroute, but quiet, gated parking locked 11-7, comfy bed, great shower. Buffalo Grill and Aldi next door!

Rooms are compact, yet big enough for one night.

The location was good as close to the road for our journey and easy to find with a restaurant close by. Staff were welcoming and helpful. There was easy and secure parking. The room had a small enclosed garden which was useful as travelling with our dog.

Location was good, accepted dogs, clean room, breakfast had very good choice of food, great shower, polite friendly staff.

Size of room, as we had paid extra for dog (€10) struggled to find space for his dog bed, had to put chair outside room and tuck it under desk with his feeding bowl.

Easy to find, clean and staff super friendly. Our room backed onto an enclosed garden which was perfect for dogs.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Travelled with our dog and we got a room in the end of the corridor, which was good, so that the dog didn't hear all the noice from bypassing customers. We liked this hotel!

Everything was good, a lovely clean room, excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and recommended a lovely restaurant for us for dinner. There was a kettle in the room, which is always nice for the English. The pillows are great, like putting your head on fluffy meringue, and the bed was really comfortable.

Staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. We had breakfast one morning, and everything was laid out to help yourself. Re stock regarly.

That you only had tea and coffee for one day. We were there three. So we had to go to the supermarket to buy tea, coffee and little milk cartons.

Clean, and comfortable. Kyriad seems to maintain a high standard in personnel and materials, that make staying there a no brainer,

An exhaust fan in the shower/wc is recommended.

Well priced. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Central location and easy to get to.Remy was especially helpful on my arrival, making sure that I had a room where I could keep an eye on my motorbike.

Breakfast was a rather sparse affair and was not worth the €12 cost.

The breakfast was the usual continental type, which was perfectly acceptable.There is a lift to the rooms so that made life a little easier for us and the car parking is directly outside which was good .

I believe it’s a pet friendly hotel when we arrived we just left our bags in the room and went out for dinner and it was only when we returned later in the evening that we discovered the smell in the room which is obviously from a pet as we were only staying one night it was hardly worth complaining in future. I would put that in my requirements as I have allergies. The receptionist orders a taxi into town and we were charged €25 which I thought was quite a lot of money on our return. The taxi from the centre back to our hotel was only €10 so I would be very careful booking taxis. It looks like they’re doing some refurbishment at the hotel as there was no carpet in our hallway outside all of the rooms on our floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location just of the ring road. The restaurant is next door, and good secure parking..

location was okclose to chain food retailers and supermarket and small shopping centre10minute walk to train/light rail stop to go into town which was good( 20mins ride)
