ibis Styles Bordeaux Lormont

Staff

Bed was great, very comfortable. Room was sapacious and clean. In a ideal location just of the motorway. Quiet rooms.

Trying to find it, as I booked the Holiday Inn express. No one informed us it had changed owner ship to IBIS. So spent 20 mins driving around looking for the hotel.

Easy on and off for overnight stay in transit. Comfortable hotel room with nice bath, great breakfast included and staff was very nice

Close to highway, close to restaurants

rooms just at lift

The parking was secure and convenient and didn't cost more as some Hotels do. This was great.Staff were very friendly welcoming and helpful. The staff member there on our arrival spoke excellent English as we have very little French. I liked that we arrived after a long day of travel and the Hotel had some food available - which was a blessing!! The food was lovely.

We've had a think and cannot think of anything we didn't like at all.

Check in staff are great. If you are late for breakfast, aka 9am, the eggs are a bit dried out and so are the croissants.

See above. Also I didn’t realize you had to squeeze your own orange juice. But it is delicious.

Nice new and bright hotel, good communal facilities and bar and breakfast were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable but quite a bit of noise from next room. Secure parking next to the hotel.

Not the easiest to find, not in a great area and nothing nearby to do/ restaurants etc.

Security for the car park (gate), an iron & iron board at your disposal, comfortable bed, room is big. Calm location but not far from the freeway. Breakfast was ok. Close to the public transportation & the veterinarian office

No cotton buds in the bathroom

Room was spacious and clean. Ideal for a quick stay

Tucked away in a residential area next to shopping centre. Not a lot to walk to for an evening meal.

Clean room and good staff

No fridge, no bath accessories except for soap. No vegetables on breakfast.

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, great shower with toiletries.

Very pleasant staff, secure parking excellent, beds comfy and room spacious. Breakfast was nice, good vfm ?

Safe parking.

Difficult to find. Poor breakfast.

1 night quick stay with pets, very efficient and worth it

Very friendly staff, clean hotel and secure parking. Good self service breakfast hot & cold.

Only good for an In Transit stay

Nice and helpful staff. New and modern building with easy access to public transport. Really good breakfast.

Nice hotel, comfortable and with secure car park

Quite difficult to find. Entrance is in a narrow residential road, not a main road or junction

Breakfast is very good and complete. Something for everyone. It is a little hard to find the entry gate. You could use a better sign.

Just the entry gate. My phone always takes me around the back, which takes you through a number of very large potholes. It also bypasses the gate, so what about security? But my car was fine in the parking lot.

Comfortable bed, plenty of space.

Disappointed by the quality of the evening meal. It's pretty close to a motorway so road noise was prominent.

Easy access to motorway system.

No evening dining options despite the hotel TV channel indicating numerous in-hotel dining options.
