I like the space and the bed

The thermometer was broken. The breakfast was not good quality.

Floor room unclean

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and big

There wasn’t hot water in the shower. We had some issues with the communication (via the intercom) to find our room (since the reception was closed).

Check in and check out were pretty simple, breakfast was okay compared to other things

No warm water in bathroom, ventilation not working and room was stinking on cigarettes

Receptionist brilliant , Lidia full of smiles , helpful ..what a welcome .. Comfortable , functional hotel , good breakfast

Location , it’s ok , but super busy .. nothing scenic locally ,, typical edge of town area for French hotels

Nothing to be liked or enjoyed!

Room not cleaned properly, appliances with cigarette marks dirty and in a bad condition, cleaning of the floor and bathroom or room extremely poor. At the arrival time around 2am I expected to find a normal hotel room but instead I’ve had a disgraceful experience, a stinking room from cigarette and previous smoking clients I believe , the floor very dirty, hand marks all over the furniture from previous clients, bedding sheets stinking of cigarette, entrance of the Hôtel premises not secured- barrier/ gate broken and not informed or announced trough website when you do the booking. This will be a 100% safety issue and client well being report trough management and booking, a refund of the fee paid should apply and I hope so! Extremely disappointed and frustrated!!! Zero respect for customer from the part of management and staff!

The location was very convenient for our overnight stop. Room was in excellent condition and met my expectations. Breakfast was very good. Everything was working fine in the room.

The Coffee & Vending machines were both defective/non-operational.

Only the location and in the future the electric charging

Room small, if you need the toilet your legs are under the sink.Airco doesn't work properly.Breakfast is very bad! 8.50 for a coffee/thee/limonade, some bacon which is greasy af, scrambled eggs and cereal. Breakfast was always very good but they changed it at every bb and it's bad. Also very small seating so very cramped. We asked our money back and went to the supermarket. Also couldn't pay cash ?

1 room for all of us

Breakfast was announced as starting at 6h30 am and only was ready at 7h30. It's on all places I've seen, like on the Web page, room etc... no excuse.

Great location. Easy access to motorway. Breakfast was reasonable for the price

Room smell. Stuffy, damp.Not cleaned properly. Felt on the mat at the entrance of the room and stairs was a magnet for dust and hair.

Close to the motorway . Decent breakfast

Very hot upstairs, kids couldn't sleep there. Wc pan half way under the basin

Convenient for a one night stopover as close to motorway. Basic but had all we needed and was clean with very hot powerful shower

Not a lot, it was convenient to the motorway, other than that, it was poor

Noisy, cramped rooms, no staff on site, noisy at night. We gave up & left at 01:30

I forgot quite expensive think in the hotel. The stuff found it and I was able to get it back. That deserves 5 starts ?

Easy parking. Clean and modern rooms. Close to trams

A little isolated for food and drink. An industrial site

Staff was friendly and they try to help the best they could.

Room was in pretty bad shape and even after changing the room to a new one we still face issues with things like bed lights broken, toilet door broken, dirty floor, cigarette smell (although this is a non smoking hotel). In general i don't like to write bad reviews but i just felt i could not leave this one without showing how bad my experience was.

clean and functionalcomfy beds

We had a family room which was fantastic! There was a big bed downstairs and 2 beds perfect for the kids on a separated floor. Breakfast was also fine.

The neighborhood. There was nothing around really.

Location was good!

It was dusty and full of bugs! Behind the toilet didn't look like it had been cleaned in months! The hard floor was sticky.

Cheap and easy to reach and go back to the highway, good place to quickly stay the night when driving all the way through France

Weird marks like burns on the floor, also some discoloured stains in places... Parking was good but felt kind of insecure leaving my car there with bags in it for the night.
