The Regency Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

We needed to be close for a competition in Muggio and this was a great place for us. Our suite worked well for the 4 of us and the staff were wonderful.

Fine for a single night stop but the lack of evening food would make longer stays impractical- it’s quite a walk to a restaurant but the staff recommendation was excellent.

We stayed in a hotel for our trip to the Milan fair.The location was okay for us, considering that we came with our own car, so we were at the fair in about 15-20 minutes.The staff was very friendly and always available.The room was very clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable. Extra pillows available in the closet.

Everything was great! If you have a car this a perfect spot to visit the lakes area without staying too far from Milan. It will take you about half an hour to get to the center of Milan, using the train, but the hotel quality is so much better (at this price) than what you would find in Milan. And, as I said, the lakes are not too far either, so a good spot in any case. There's also a big supermarket, a BK and a gas station within 100m, very convenient.Breakfast is absolutely excellent. Very affordable and with many options, and everything tasted great! Staff was very nice, room was clean, excellent noise suppression (you will not hear anything from the highway), and there's parking in front of the hotel as well as private parking below the property. The hotel itself was nice as well.I'm possibly revisiting Milan in the near future and I know I will stay here again.

You can hear the noise from the other room and the bed makes noise every time you move ?

Staff was super helpful, hotel was nice, clean and breakfast was wonderful with lots of selection. Also close to highway and plenty of parking if driving.

There is nothing negative that i could say about the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently close to our location. We arrived late in the evening and went directly to bed. The room was comfortable and spacious enough. The hotel is designed in a classical "british" style, which is quite unusual in italy. Everything was quite clean and felt taken care of. The breakfast was quite nice with quite a lot of options, and since it was already summer a nice location in the interior garden. The service was very good, with helpful staff. Parking in front of the hotel was very convenient too.

Not much to report. The bathroom was a bit unusual, with a large faucet handle that almost poked my eye. The shower tube was broken, so had to use some ingenuity to make it work. I did report it the next day, since I was just too tired when I arrived.

Parking was easy, beds were good. It is an avarage hotel.

Place was ok, could use a little updating such as the elevators and air conditioning system.

This was a beautiful big hotel, the breakfast included was huge, parking was a bit small but the room was just enough.

Hôtel is a kind of building along the road... but luckily very nice inside, pleasant salon, good bedroom and bathroom, underground car park and easy to reach the MONZA track for cars races !
