Friendly staffs, I never missed home when I was there,will definitely lodge there again

Lack of professionalism

The environment, the pool, the rooms were very neat

The pool is why I like to stay here.

The bed was super hard, had no TV for 2 days then finally only got 5 channels and the hidden food cost.

Proximity to the beach and mall. Some of the staff were really helpful and professional.

Cleanliness matters and so does insect mitigation especially of mosquitoes in a country known for malaria. I got extremely sick after our stay there. I also didn't like that random people were allowed to show up for "pool parties" who weren't paying guests there and that those same people would purposely blast the most obnoxious loud music in the restaurant. The breakfast wasn't the greatest and had we known that wouldn't have paid for it and just went to the coffee shop at the mall instead. Also didn't like that they had a tiny cage of little monkeys with strings attached to their waists and didn't make any noise. There were actually a lot of random animals there and the location was in the middle of nowhere.It was extremely humid, musty, claustrophobic in the room we had and we could hear the lobby front desk people talking extremely loudly throughout our stay coupled with early morning calls and banging on the door by either or cleaners and or the kitchen even after we told them to come later.Was also charged more than the actual price shown on booking.com and never got that resolved because it was such a hassle ? honestly don't want to use booking.com again due to so many issues.

Ambience

Night staff (gentleman) wasn't friendly. Told him the tv has no stations, he didn't make an effort to help he only said bluntly that's all they have. AC remote wasn't working, we had no control, the switches were at the reception and they turn it off at their end. Each time we need the AC on unless we call them. Toilet and bathroom not demarcated, all in the same room.

The location and what the hotel had to offer. Swimming pools, lots of tranquil seating areas, and the food was tasty and.reasonbly priced

The fact that we had no water to wash it seemed like the pump was shut off at night. They had to fetch us buckets of water to wash!!

The pool was amazing, dinner was amazing and the view from my 2nd room was outstanding. The staff was super nice and tried to accommodate all our needs. There were lights out but the hotel generator started up within seconds. I really loved that.

I had 2 rooms..the 1st one was a king suit, smaller bathroom, dresser drawer had no knobs and no view. 2nd room was small and not the king size bed I paid for but the bathroom was huge. The bed was like sleeping on plywood (super hard..no padding left with my back hurting). The breakfast was horrible..I was asked what I wanted then they gave me what they wanted me to have. Room service was not free even though on the website it says included. The gym was not a gym (all equipment was broken).

The breakfast was good and healthy. I loved the fresh fruits.

There was no toothpaste in the bathroom since I did not travel with one.

They charged for ironing clothes, iron should be a basic inclusion for the amount they charge.

Room phone was not working reported 3 times and it was never fixed.also asked for wi fi password and no one seemed interested to provide it

The soap in the washroom was not gentle in my skinI in particular have a fragile skin and the soap made me very itchy

Eagerness of the staff to resolve any issues that comes up. Closeness to the beach. Their breakfast was very good compared to the norm in accra for the price range. Rooms was a good size and housekeeping did a good job with the cleanesss. Peace , the housekeeper did a great job. Joyce at reception was very professional and Comfort as well. They have a nice bar in a good environment to sit , eat and relax. I was impressed. And I have seen my share of hotels worldwide.

The attitude of a staff. Basically acting like working there was a favour she was doing for the owner. Wouldn't generalize it though. But worth mentioning. Lack of elevator as there are four floors.

Nothing. Even to get the staff to help carry your luggage is stressful. Some of them are so rude.

The room was so hot when I arrived. They just sprayed it with mosquito repellent. There was nothing in the fridge, not even water. I had to pay delivery fee for breakfast to be brought to me even though I was just on the first floor. Even after that, breakfast took over 2 hours to arrive. I was extremely disappointed. Not what I hoped for at all.

Clean, comfortable, great value, amazing and personable staff.

WiFi is slow, took three days for me to receive a kettle when asked for one.

I like the animals especially the cats, fish and monkey. Security is very tight and i love that. The guys are very devoted and hardworking so much, i really enjoyed their service.The pool was very clean.

Some of the workers are very nosey and the animals must be well taken. The guys are very devoted and hardworking and few of the ladies are very devoted. The donkey is not suppose to be in the hot sun during the day. The donkey need a shade which can make them feel very comfortable. My wife is a lover of animals and it break her hearts how animals are treated in Ghana.

My room was great, the restaurant was great, the staff was great, namely Mr sam, Mr Seth, and Ms Jessica

coffee is sacred to me, unfortunately I couldn't always ask for it, poor meals. Due to meals and coffee problems, I shortened my stay. the rooftop restaurant is no longer open, there was no information about it
