Brit Hotel Marseille Aéroport

The hotel is located in less than the best place, but the stuff is truly nice, the room was clean and breakfast was good. I would certainly book it again because it's a good return for the money.

Ac did not work properly in room.

In the very centre of industrial zone and 10 minutes by car from the airport, so if you visit any company nearby it is perfect for 1 or 2 night stay. Breakfast was far better than I expected. Price / quality ratio quite attractive.

I was unlucky, as restaurant was closed due to unexpected chief's absence and there are not so many alternatives nearby in the evening. Generally the room and shower were clean, but the table near my bed had traces of previous guest's coffee.

The location near the airport was convenient, our room was good-sized and pleasant, and having the restaurant for our dinner right there made this ideal for our last night before departure.

One of the hotel clerks did not speak very good English, so communication about arranging a taxi was difficult.

Afternoon staff poor, didnt tell us the resturant and bar were closed Friday night and all weekend, we were waiting for the resturant to open and we then found out it was closed and the staff were not helpfully in suggesting an alternative

Good price/value, easy check in and check out even during the night, for one night is perfect, nice view, good parking lot

The air-conditioner was very dirty, the room had a strange smell (we stopped the A/C and opened the window and then wes ok).

The receptionist was very helpful. The Wifi was also good.

Nouse from nearby rooms was a problem; air con didn't seem to function well.

The staff was so helpful, friendly and accommodating...the outdoor space was beautiful and the parking was excellent and free. Highly recommend it. The housekeeping staff was exceptional, did a wonderful job every day. If I have any suggestions I would say, the small reading corner should include some English, maybe German and Italian books. Next time.i will bring some with me to add to the selection. Thank you for a most wonderful experience and look forward to returning!

Very clean, friendly helpful staff

It was a shame that the bar wasn’t open on Saturday evening. We ate our own food which was no problem - as we knew that the restaurant would be closed. But it’s a shame that the reception staff could not add a drink/bottle of wine to our final bill. We would have been happy to pay for it.

Was everything we expected for the price. Just a short stay before heading to the airport.

No elevator

Super cute! Loved the patio and breakfast. Shower pressure great and the place was lovely and very clean!

Convenient location for the reason of the visit. Easy road access to other interesting places to visit. Welcoming friendly staff. Restaurant. Nice terrasse.

Floor in the restaurant looking a bit worn - needs a makeover, but not a reason to avoid.

The staff made us comfortable esp Oreann who was at the desk when we checked in The room is more spacious than any European hotels we've stayed in during our travels. The bed linens were comfortable that I was able to grab some sleep before our very early flight. It is very close to the airport which was primarily why we chose this hotel due to the time of our flight. Most of all It is very clean and it smells good!!! It looked like it had undergone a recent improvement. Another plus for us is that it has a safe. The food I ordered at the restaurant was phenomenal. I haven't tasted anything like that in any Asian restaurant and the presentation was excellent!!! I will return to this hotel if ever I come back to Marseille. Highly recommend.

It didn't have an elevator but the staff helped us with our luggage. The taxi driver wasn't able to locate the hotel right away.
