Set in a 16th century building, the oldest of the town, Albergo Casagrande offers simple yet comfortable rooms for a quick stop on the road, or a more affordable getaway into the Dolomites. - The property was a great valuve for money, had everything we needed. Very convenient to take the bus into Bolzano. And there some shops and nice cafes and restaurants just under the hotel. Our room was nice and big, staff was super friendly.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, huge and really cosi. The owner was really friendly - the personnel as well. The breakfast was good. They have a restaurant, which is very good as well. The location is good, and they have a closed inner parking place for the guests.Highly recommended.

Supper was good, breakfast was good - no cooked options - but plenty of other things to choose from.
The parking was a bit tricky. You have to go through a barrier into a supermarket car park and then around and out of the supermarket car park and into the hotel car park. The heater for the shower needed to be switched on using a switch in the bathroom which wasn’t obvious.
The breakfast was sufficient.

Long list...Tv not working properly, no AC.No trash basket, door hard to lock, Most important. Wc was wrongly built, a shower wall 15-20 cm in front of toilet, only children or small people can use it.Shower cabin entrance is very small. Not all people can go in the shower.Fridge was broken and smell burn, I had to unplug it after an hour or so
Location was ideal for us. Close to family that we were visiting. NiceThat we were able to make last minute reservations . Nice that there was a small breakfast available
Couldn't connect to WiFi in the evening. Only was able to have 1 cup of coffee with breakfast . Had to pay for 2nd cup. Had to switch breakfast table because there were little bugs on table. Shower wasn't too hot.
The owner and the staff are eager to help and solve the problems. They are all friendly. We had an excellent night at the new year celebration.
Great pizza in the restaurant downstairs
There was a fan in the room but it was very very hot and stuffy (I stayed in July)

The room was without an a/c , extremely hot during the day and night, and the small vent didn’t help much.The room was above the main road, which makes it very noisy from traffic.
