Unexpected extra --- euro charge for 3rd person, a 12 years old.

Spa was fine

The water at the rooftop was not warm. It is wintertime but they didnt make water hot. Bathroom has very bad smell from the drain.And it was wedding anniversary we have messaged them. Not even single words from the staff or welcome card in the room. Not worth it for paying this amount in small town barely nothing to do.

Swimming pool on roof top is spectacular with great view of the mountains and Bolzano. Spa and organisation of the facilities was very well done and you can spend hours there and relax

The reception welcome was efficient and professional. We received a free ticket for transport, among other benefits, which was nice. The person there explained how to use it and informed us about our room, as well as where we could park. The room was clean; the bathroom was clean, and the TV worked. Breakfast was okay, and we received a bottle of apple juice upon departure.

Well, in the country that we come from, a "third world" country for this price we would have had a person who would have taken our luggage to the room, a person to park our car instead of us having to do it, plus we would have got it back washed, this would have been for free, not at 9€ per night. we would have had a coffee machine plus kettle to make tea plus biscuits in the room we would have had bottled water for nothing instead of just one bottel 500ml in fridge at the cost of 3€ there would have been a gown plus slippers and the room would have been in the range of 40-60m2 large probably with a lounge area, at least two cushions per person so that a person can adjust head hight when going to sleep, not have to fold cushion double and sleep with arm under it to get correct hight sort of. The bed would have been made up, not just a duvet folded in the middle. We had a balcony, Whoopee, which looked onto the neighbours, not very private, couldn't sit on it without being in full view of everybody, so very much a useless feature. Our hotels would have had a pool, spa, and gym, so yours didn't have anything extra. In my view, this was very much below expectations, and I will not be coming back

The hotel itself is very nice, with beautiful common areas, a good restaurant, tasty breakfast, and a pleasant swimming pool. However, the room felt different from what was shown in the advertisement pictures – it looked more comfortable and classy online than in reality. The room size and lighting were just okay, and unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable. Also, even though the hotel is located outside the city, parking is not free and comes with an extra charge. Overall, it was fine, but the room did not fully match our expectations.

Inside, wellness was amazing, and the fact that it is open 24/7 was great, since we arrived quite late. The breakfast was also exceptional.

The hotel was excellent. The kids really enjoyed the variety of pools, especially being able to swim even at 10:00 PM. There was also a jacuzzi ,pool and sauna that area open 24 hours. We had a great vacation and would be happy to come back

The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, they answered each question or inquiry with care. The food is exquisite, breakfast and dinner is plenty and varied. The dinner selection sometimes even feels like a fine dining experience. The rooftop wellness area is very well maintained, the separate adult only section is also a big plus. We also appreciated that the whole experience is openly dog friendly.

Unfortunately, we had an overly active neighbour, which meant that one time we were woken up at midnight, because they were seemingly playing ping-pong / bowling in their room. Although this behaviour continued for several nights, the staff was nevertheless very helpful in trying to locate the culprit and deal with the issue.

I stayed at this hotel for a very short time, so I can only review the basics: the room, parking, and breakfast.➕ Parking – paid (9€ per day), but conveniently secure and closed.➕ Breakfast – very tasty and diverse, with plenty of options.➕ Staff – deserves special thanks! I arrived at 11:30 PM, very hungry, and they kindly offered me some bananas, nuts, and chips at the bar – such a thoughtful gesture.➕ Lobby – looked beautiful and welcoming.➕ Room – I booked the most basic one (just needed a place to sleep), but it was clean and included complimentary bottled water.Overall, a very pleasant experience! ❤️

Great buffet breakfast. Bus stop right outside to take you to Bolzano central. The Bolzano Card is an excellent way of seeing so much for free

Nice Spa area. Comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Good food and nice staff. I was there just for a meeting in Bolzano so I did explore much but location looks good too.

Massive building in the middle of a small town … bit of a punch in the eye. The fact that everyone kept talking to me in German.

Staff were professional and it was a modern hotel in part, and clean. I have also marked it quite well but I do have several negatives that over rule the positives.

I arrive after a long day traveling, realising my hotel is in a built-up housing area, which isn't clear in the photos. Then I'm told my room is in a multi story annex at the rear. Follow the red signs to find it. Well, that's when it got worse. You have to go up and down different levels to get to your room, which is in the dark because of poor lighting sensors. The room was the smallest hotel room I have stayed in. You literally felt like an afterthought of the designers.

A repeat stay, so we already knew to expect an exceptional service and quality of stay.The really good addition for this trip, personally, was the all-hours access to the pool. Coming out to Bolzano for work, it's long hours and extremely hard to accomodate any amount of down time at the end of a day, being able to swim later on (21:30 onwards) made a big difference and added additional value to my stay

I had a fantastic stay at Ideal Park Hotel in Bolzano. The property exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire hotel was spotless and maintained to a high standard. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. I was especially impressed by the modern and comfortable rooms, which made the stay even more relaxing. The highlight for me was the swimming and spa facilities – beautifully designed and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

The only area I felt could be improved was the breakfast menu. While it was decent, it lacked variety—there were no hash browns or baked beans, which would have made the offering more complete for international guests.
