The location and the price/quality

Breakfast was good. You have a assortment of fruit and breads cereals. Eggs and bacon as well.Easy to use espresso machines. Staff is very thorough in the cleaning of tables. Staff showed hospitality.

The music in the morning in the breakfast rooms. Could have been less loud and softer sounding. Kind of annoying. In our room we couldn't adjust the heat which made it stuffy and made it hard to sleep as the noise was from the systems too loud.

I wish the rooms could of had a coffee maker and microwave but they did have a small fridge

Excellent location not far from motor way restaurants every near & also large shopping mall 5 mins away

It’s clean and neat

The window was not closed. When I tried to close it was not locking. We called the reception no one picked up. Finally took the number from internet and called. Then they came and said heater working condition is not good. After sometime they came back saying the window was opened again and one person came in and closed it. At the end the person said breakfast is free.

Good location in the middle between Milan city center and Malpensa airport (in 30 min drive)

It was too noisy in the night in the rooms looking at the highway (in 50 m)

Location and breakfast was great as preferred to stay slightly out of Milano centre.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Milano Fiera. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.

The main downside is that the hotel is quite far from Milan’s city center.

the room was unfortunately very cold. We mention it at reception but they said it was normal temperature. The issue was probably that they used same blanket in winter than summer and it was not adequate for the period. No additional warm blanket as available in the room.

Pick another hotel

A/C didn’t work (was stuck on 28 degrees). No-one to talk to at the reception about it. Breakfast was poor. Room was just ugly.

The hotel is clean, quiet, with a good sound insulation the rooms facing the highway are not impacted by the traffic noise. Car Parking is available with electric charger if you have EV.There is a nearby large shopping mall (about 7 minutes driving), Lidl is next door, McDonalds, Petshop, and Sushi restaurant are at walking distance.

Do not leave anything in your car, ours was broken into and all out luggage was stolen as just took in an overnight bag,

120 € one night by september 20 + extra breakfast a little pricy for the season... No complimentary water in the rooms have to buy a jeton from reception to get it from vending machines... ridiculous

It was a clean comfortable hotel. We used it as a base to go to italian grand prix and visit Milan (metro from Lumpagnano). It was great that reception open 24/7. Mcdonalds lidl and Sushi restaurant nearby. Was a great base. Clean towels every day!!

Not much on the menu for vegetarians and quite expensive for food. Came down 1 night to get a meal but no other customers so went elsewhere. Again went to bar for drinks but no one else there (not hotels fault). LIDL for a croissant or mini breakfast from mcdonalds better value.

The staff was friendly. The hotel is next to the highway and easy to reach.

The breakfast is not a ibis standard but very poor and not well organized. the food had no descriptiin which is critical for people with allergies. the staff was not really taking care. the atmosfer is poor.

Comfortable and spacious room. Very surprised that the restaurant for this chain is actually good, you have a chef who cooks freshly for you (view in the kitchen). Very well located for a road stop to rest one night. Parking very practical and free. Kind and effective service.

Cleanliness is already good but the cleaning of the furniture can be improved.

Our stay at the Ibis Milano Fiera was comfortable and overall good. Initially, we were concerned about the location because when you first arrive, the area seems more industrial. However, we soon discovered that the hotel is actually well-situated, with several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It’s also just a 10-minute drive to one of the largest malls in Italy and Europe, where you can find almost anything you need. Additionally, Milan is only 30 minutes away by car, and Lake Como is about 1.5 hours away, making it a convenient base for exploring the region.The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver given the hot weather. Breakfast was okay, offering a decent selection to start the day.Despite some minor issues, the hotel served its purpose well for a short stay.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The hallway between the rooms had an unpleasant smell, which we couldn’t quite figure out. Also, the reception area wasn’t always staffed, so there were times when we had to wait a bit for assistance.

Perfect location to spend the night on a road trip, close to the highway, large outside parking lot. There is a Lidl supermarket right next door, and Mac Donalds across the road has excellent coffee and croissants for breakfast. Rooms as well as bathrooms are spacious and clean.

Nothing to dislike.
