The doorknob didn't work at 1 a.m. and there was nobody to help us resolve this issue.

It¿s clean and walkable to the grocery store.

There is not much space to put in our toiletries in bathroom. It takes sometime for staff to respond to us.

So welcoming! Everything was clean and beautiful!

The room had all the essentials; kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, etc. And the location was great for moving around outside of town. Pin code access for entry helped a lot because I didn't have to carry extra keys around, so that was good too

Probably some things that can't be helped, honestly. The bathroom door is a slider, and right next to the bed, so privacy is a no go there. It was very warm even after I turned off the heater in the room, so I had to prop the windows for my wife because she couldn't reach them to let some air flow for us. It's an apartment, not a hotel, and I think it gave us everything we needed. Having cold drinks in the morning was obviously a bonus. And there's a bakery right across the street for coffee and pastries, which we took advantage of both mornings on our way out

It was set up nice window to look at mountains and had a nice view but not on better side looking into big moontains

Had move to another room floor flooded and was water rotted not good smell. Move to another room curtain torn down and got stuck sliding would not move to another room the stove panel fell off could not fix. Then got locked out of my room internet controls the codes went out all night, all day. Very disappointed to get back in room

Nice studio set up in a neighborhood with restaurants, fitness and grocery stores. The apt has a nice Mountain View. The kitchen is well equipped and one can enjoy hot showers.

The laundry equipment (dryer ) doesn’t work well. Clothes come out damp even after an hour and a half . We lost internet on Christmas Day and that was that till we checked out the next day . Not much help from the support desk.

The view of the country side was fantastic. Saw the northern lights! The apartment is a very convenient location if you have a rental car.

Clean, Good facility, Big room

Shower room do not have full partition. When take a bath, water will spring to outside.

View was super nice, we got the mountain view. Bed is comfy and the size of the room is perfect for 3 people. Location is also near supermarket. Rooms are quiet you dont hear other guests.

The airflow in the bathroom isnt that great.

Clean and well equipped. Theres also dish washer to use. Bed is super comfy.

The room was abit small for 3 people. We stayed on 2nd floor so there was no view for us. The window led us to a big roof top.

everything was just fine - besides one issue : the entry code that was supposed to work for main entrance, floor door and room door - just did not work on the FLOOR. Besides this - clean, OK stuffed, beds - good, view - nice, quite surroundings etc.

I contacted the host company, the girl tried to help - in vane. Nothing worked and they did not have a person on place to fix it for entire day. We had to leave 1 person inside and call him just to open floor door ... exact case when technology comes against basic common sense. I strongly advice hosts to GO AWAY of their current unmanned system until it is replaced by one reliable

Nice view. Apartment was roomy and fairly comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Location was great if you rent a car (we did). Price was reasonable

Our entry code was intended for 3 different doors (main entrance, floor hallway entrance, apartment entrance). It DIDN'T WORK for the hallway entrance, and with no staff at the location, we had to rely on text msgs that took way too long to resolve the issue (we were finally issued a different code for the errant door.) Exhausted from an overnight, mostly sleepless flight (arrived at 9:30 AM) and a very stress filled day as we couldn't check in until 3 pm, this glitch in the entry system left a VERY bad first impression. Once we got in, it appeared that there were no bath towels and when we requested some, we were told to check the laundry rooms on 3 different floors! There were NONE, but then we found ours in the apartment at the FOOT OF THE BED! I never would've expected them to be there and found them by happenchance. There was, however, only one hand towel and a floor towel in the bathroom, but NO face cloths (we eventually went to a store and bought our own.) If you plan to cook meals while there, know that the kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a 2 burner convection stovetop, no oven, one skillet, one medium cooking pot, no spatulas. NO toaster! There was a lot of noise and we never quite knew where it was coming from--overhead thumping sounds as if someone was constantly dropping their luggage on the floor.

Check-in was listed ad 3pm, but they were still cleaning the room and would not let us check in until 3:30. So after getting in at 1 and having to wait with luggage till 3, we then had to wait 30 more min in the lobby

The combination for all of the locks to our room and the building automatically got changed at 10 AM so we got locked out of the building while we were trying to load our car

It was pretty convenient and quiet.

We were not sent the code to get into the building and had to call to get it. There was another family from Korea in the same circumstance who we had to help (because of language barrier) once we figured it out. When I called, the person who helped was friendly and efficient. It was just an extra step that created stress upon arrival for all. Also, shower could have been cleaner. It had red stains. The kitchen was a bit limited as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this service apartment. The location is excellent, and it was very convenient to have a parking lot available. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. We especially appreciated the dark curtains, which made it much easier to sleep during the midnight sun. Overall, a great place to stay for family.

The only issue we experienced was the strong sulfur smell from the hot water. My son found it quite hard to tolerate and often felt unwell after showers. Interestingly, my friend stayed at another hotel in Iceland and didn’t have this problem, so I believe there might be solutions or installations that could help reduce the smell here as well.

Near supermarket, easy access to the room.

Apartment needed some care and maintenance - towel hanger in the bathroom was broken, curtains in the living room disattached from hanger.

The location was perfect for a short stopover in Reykjavik - we stayed for 1 night. The apartment is very near a grocery store and bakery which was convenient. Clean and as described online.

The toilet door does not have a lock, which was not ideal especially when staying with kids/family.
