The room were clean and having a kitchen was the best part.

I wanted an early check in because of kids and had requested early on. But the rooms were not available. The customer service and response could have been better.

Better window shades, since it was 22-23 hours of day light, it would have been helpful if there were shades that would completely darken the room for good sleep. No Local maps or areas of interest, etc. No access to GYM? Access code stopped working @ 9

There was lots of space

The check-in process needs work. Process shoulstart 24-48 hours in advance. The freezer was full of frozen blood. Kitchen was missing lots of basic things: toaster, pans, ect

Its not something i didnt like, just a suggestion for team that it would be good if you add like cleaning things in the apartment like mobs or brush or something to clean the apartment because i like leaving things clean and everything so its just a suggestion thank you

The bed was comfy and the kitchen was nice.

The shower didn’t not drain well and there were only 2 towels provided for 3 guests.

Clean and bright; quiet, spacious.

None of the photos showed a single-room studio where bed and sofa are in the same space, which is what we got. I expected a partial wall between bed and sofa for our party of three adults. I also requested two twin beds, but arrived with the beds made up as a single queen. With no staff onsite, addressing this wasn’t worth the time.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Shower was nice.

Where to begin with this one?I've been traveling for work for years and stayed in tens or hundreds of hotels, motels, Airbnb's and such through this time and the check-in here was the worst I've ever had.They inundate you with emails before you arrive. Pages and pages of badly formatted advertisements, useless information and annoying tidbits amongst which they bury info you need to fill out to check in. Then they keep sending you messages and emails while you stay there to sell you tours that they get commission from. Only stay here if you don't mind getting pestered repeatedly by advertisements.Outside the window there is an air vent that drones on in a frequency that buries itself through everything. You can hear it through the window if it's closed and if you should need fresh air you will hear it through noise cancelling headphones.I will never book with this company again.

It was spacious

No extra linen, no iron and they did not separate nor were they willing to separate beds

The apartment was very roomy and everything was clean, with a well stocked kitchen. It was great to be able to access our netflix on their smart tv. The location was great and we felt very safe.

I had asked for separate beds but it was set up as one when we got there. One evening upon our return the door in our hallway just getting off the elevator was locked and would not accept our room code. For a bit we didn't think we were going to be able to get to our room. Fortunately I had brought the owner info with me, but it took some doing to get in touch. As it turned out the door was faulty and the code had to be reset while on the phone with the owner. I don't know what we would have done if I didn't happen to bring that with me. There was no indication that that door would ever be closed only to be accessed by a code. A bit scary and we had melting groceries.

Very comfortable accomodations. Has everything you may need with a supermarket across the street if you need shopping. Easy to get on highways for Golden Circle or for South Coast trips.

apt 602 bathroom door doesn't close. Checking in was confusing because I had 2 reservations and was told that I can keep room from the first reservation for both stays but when I was checking in it turned out that I had room from the second reservation. Took extra 30 minutes to straighten things out.

very open , bright, tons of sunlight , huge windows, mountain view’s, very big room, great beds.

Stupid things, but annoying. Dish rack didn’t have a tray, so had to use a kitchen towel underneath to catch all the water from dripping and running off the countertop. Was given 1 towel per person, no washcloth. And no place to hang towels in bathroom, nothing , not one hook or towel bar. Also, no shelf to put toiletries. And the worst…. the usual european situation where there is no shower curtain, but rather a glass panel blocking half the entrance to the shower stall, with the other half completely open, and all the water goes on the bathroom floor. No comprehension why this is a “thing” in Europe so easily solved with a curtain.

It is in a nice location. 12kilometers from Reykjavik and 40km from Keflavik airport. Apartment is well furnished. Microwave, Fridge, and some basic cooking utensils are there. There is a Bonus grocery chain within walking distance. Entrance is right next to Katla fitness.

The bathroom appeared like it was missing a sliding door and letting water spill outside all the time. But it was simply bad design. Had to use towels so water doesn’t spill over the bath area. Heaters take forever to heat up the room but we didnt have to use much.

- Parking was convenient- washer dryer on every floor

- The rooms are extremely small- Our room window let rain water come through- The staff was slower to respond via chat/phone- Not suitable for families

This was the best stay of our trip. There was an elevator to take us to the 6th floor and a parking lot. So many windows and a nice view. Right near a Bonus and closer to the airport than city center. While we didn’t use them, it was nice that the apartment had an oven and a washer/dryer available. Also noticed of the places we stayed at this trip, this was the only shower laid out correctly with the drain opposite the shower head instead of right below it. There’s no doors or curtains for the showers and the drain at the back would help prevent water from getting into the rest of the bathroom

Excellent facilities. The washer/ dryer provided was absolutely great. Room was very spacious, location was only 15 mins drive to the downtown Reykjavik.

Nothing that we didn’t like. Our stay was just great.

It is a great place for family. The best part was the location and its breathtaking scenic view. We booked the room with view. In the beginning I thought it was too expensive however considering Iceland is relatively very expensive comparing other places in Europe and USA, I think the room rental was ok. We booked one bedroom apartment for two of us and two kids. Living room had a very decent size sofa cum bed that was enough for the grown up kids. The room had a TV, fridge, microwave, electric stove, small dinning table, and all crockery and kitchen utensils needed to prepare and serve the food. There was a common area on the floor where washing machine and dryer and iron and iron stand was available for guest laundry requirment while washing soap, dish soap and napkins and other cleaning materials were provided. Bathroom was clean and very nice. Ample free parking was available at the property.

They were not flexible on the request for early check in, we requested several time but our request was denied. There was a fire alarm during our stay that created panic among all the guest, Fire alarm kept rining for more than an hour until a management staff could reach and reset the alram. . As the management of property is entirely handled remotely through internet communication with guest, there was no one from prperty who could take appropriate action to handle the situation hence there were panic amongh the guest.

Quite spacious apartment

Extremely dirty building. Hairballs and dirt in the hallways that no one cleaned during our 5-day stay.Apartment terribly worn from use without any maintenance.Very dirty apartment, disgusting floor.Walls were damaged and pieces were missing.Practically all the kitchenware was dirty.Dining room chairs were incredibly dirty.Sofa was dirty and had stains and food and other substances stuck to it.We did not see a single member of staff, let alone cleaning staff, during our entire stay.

Great value ! Super responsive host . Rooms were very clean, very spacious and comfortable . All amenities provides as advertised

Location is 10-15 mins away from the restaurant area .

The room is spacious and the view is amazing. The bistro across the street was great.
