Parkhotel Kevelaer

Wonderful hotel to visit the Irrland park! We've been here four times now, and this time, we brought another family with us. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had a little accident in the park and dislocated my kneecap, and the staff was extra considerate and let my car park in their garage until a relative could pick it up. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and comfy, and we enjoyed the pool as always.

There is no fridge in the room. Netflix and Amazon Prime don't work on the TV's.

We were there for a night. The crib was ready and the beds comfortable. The room was quiet and spacious. Theres a chapel in the complex with mass on Saturdays and Tuesdays. Restaurant downstairs. Parking garage below with access to elevator.

I had to search for an employee to check out. A tiny sign told me to take a look into the restaurant but it’s a bit difficult to find someone who’s from the hotel and not from the Wohnstift

Perfect location for the airport but I arrived later so no chance to experience all the facilities I booked it for

The staff was very kind, they speak both German and English.The rooms were very clean. They have a smart tv which is quite nice to watch a movie with.The location is quite nice bevause you are in the middle of the city and there is a beautiful townsquare about 2 minutes away

I personally did miss a fridge in the room, to keep drinks and food cool.But besides that it was an amazing hotel

Really long walk to the room. Free parking for motorbikes in underground car park.

I have booked 2 rooms for a group of friends staying over in Kevelaer. They all have been happy with the size of the room and cleanliness. Staff - lady at reception - was friendly and helpful. Nice location in the center of historic Kevelaer. Great value for money!

I didn't like it at all.

The vent in the bathroom is very loud and vibrates the whole room.Underground parking costs 5 euros a day, but it's almost impossible to get there by car because the entrance is blocked with other vehicles.It takes about 5 minutes to walk from reception to room 230 with luggage.Access to this hotel is made difficult by narrow one-way streets that are clogged with parked vehicles.There are cobwebs on the ceilings.

The hotel was ideally located 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus stop and 2 minutes from the main tourist centre. The hotel was very nice, comfortable and very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. The allocated room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was €12 but was nice with hot and cold options available. The hotel would be an ideal location for people wishing to explore the Cleve area of Germany or use the local airport at Weeze.

The town is more excellent than Weeze and the hotel is decent for a night's stay while waiting for your airplane connection. The lady at the desk was really involved and helpful, fast response, and solution-oriented. It's not the best hotel to stay at, but certainly a good value for this price.

the location to the town

we weren’t told that the gate to the underground parking would close at 9pm and we weren’t told that there was a key on the fob to use to access said parking area, we had to park the car in an unsecured car park away from the hotel. We were also told that we couldn’t take our dog down to breakfast, although it’s a pet friendly hotel, so we took it in turns, only for my husband to witness a guest taking her two dogs in to the breakfast room on the last morning. we also didn’t know there would be no staff on duty through the evening.

The receptionist was on several occasions not friendly to us. One of them was very rude to my husband when he went to ask for the key to the swimming pool our second stay day. He didn't let them in claiming he just cleaned the place that was around 11.30am. That was a very strange situation for my kids and wanted to go home that same day.

Kevelaer is very beautiful and quite town
